This essay will discuss both views before explain why i strongly support competition.
On the one hand, Some of the citizens are supporting competition is a good thing for people either it is a school, work and daily life. For instance competing will show the progress of life how people often growing, because contributing hard work without compromise helps individuals to grow successfully they learn from the mistakes which is happened. However competition is a progressive thing for example score card for children at school it directly shows a overall performance of the kid per year, work progress at work will depicts the employee contribution and hard work and coming to daily life comparing with other will allows to do some new thing to self improvement.
On the other hand, some individuals often arguing cooperating more will definitely helps people. people should live with a bullet proof mindset who wants to be successful in life. Cooperation is also required at some unhandled situations, some time people get less motivated due to the pressure at that time they may not able handle the things them it will works. Cooperation will demotivate the persons to grow up. Example accepting work load at office, over home works given by school and adjusting their self with the others.
Competing is more important to lead a successful progressive life and also cooperation also having some benefits but it should be limited. In conclusion, i would like to conclude that competition is good thing for humans for better progress.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The essay addresses both views and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you mention competition in schools and workplaces, the arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. For instance, the explanation of how competition leads to self-improvement is vague. The second body paragraph regarding cooperation is confusing; you argue that cooperation 'demotivates' people, which is a counter-intuitive point that is not clearly explained or supported with logical evidence. To improve, ensure that each point is fully extended with clear, logical reasoning and specific examples that directly support your stance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow between and within them is often mechanical or unclear. You use basic cohesive devices like 'On the one hand' and 'In conclusion', but the internal logic of the sentences is frequently disjointed. For example, the transition in the second paragraph from 'score card' to 'work progress' is abrupt. Additionally, the use of referencing is sometimes confusing, making it difficult for the reader to follow your line of thought. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary range is limited and often repetitive. You rely on basic terms like 'good thing', 'people', and 'work'. There are also issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'competing is good habit' (should be 'a good habit') and 'bullet proof mindset', which is an inappropriate idiom in this context. Some phrases are awkward, such as 'coming to daily life comparing with other will allows to do some new thing'. To reach a higher band, you need to use a wider range of vocabulary, including less common lexical items, and ensure that your word choices are precise and natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the essay that occasionally impede communication. You struggle with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'some individuals are strongly believing', 'work progress... will depicts'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on or lack necessary punctuation, such as 'some time people get less motivated due to the pressure at that time they may not able handle the things them it will works'. While you attempt some complex structures, they are often inaccurate. Focus on mastering basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and correct verb tenses before attempting more complex grammatical forms.
