Nowadays, some people think that competition at work, at school and in daily life is a good think while other people believes that persons should try to cooperate more, rather than competing against each other. I believe a healthy competition at work, school and for daily life, enhance overall development of a person. In this essay we will discuss both the views and insights of my opinion.

Some people thinks competition at work, at school and in daily life is a good think. It is good, when competition increasing overall performance of the person. It boost the speed of the work, cognitive thinking of a person and increase capacity. While it will be dangerous, when person feel jealous from the others work and it is not in the part of healthy competition. It can affect the persons personce and harmful for the mental health. Example two person competing for the role of Business analyst in the company and their performance decides the position. There will be competition in positive part, as person perform good get the opportunity, while other person should keep eye to perform good in next time and keep focus on to performing well in next opportunity.

Other people believes to cooperate more, rather than to competing against each other. This perception is correct. In competition people forget the main goal and mission of the work. This leads to difficulty for the person in future, while some peoples did some mistakes in the competition. This results in the anxiety, overload of work and repetition to perform the task. Thus, people should try to keep calm in these situations and rather than to competing to focus on the objective of the work.

In conclusion, a healthy competition into work and daily life is a good think but people should conscious about the outcome and positive intant towards the work leads to productivity of the work. A better plan and clear objective can outperform a person in work.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The essay addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion in the introduction. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the argument regarding the negative aspects of competition is repetitive, and the example provided about the Business Analyst role is slightly confusing and lacks depth. While the prompt is addressed, the supporting points are not fully extended, and the conclusion is a bit simplistic. To reach a higher band, you should aim to provide more nuanced explanations and concrete, well-integrated examples that clearly illustrate your points.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or repetitive. Phrases like 'Some people thinks' and 'Other people believes' are used to signal new paragraphs, which is a basic approach. There is also a lack of sophisticated linking words to connect ideas within sentences. For example, the transition between the benefits and drawbacks of competition in the second paragraph is abrupt. Improving the variety of your transition signals and ensuring smoother flow between sentences would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. There are several instances of word-choice errors, such as 'good think' (instead of 'good thing'), 'persons personce' (likely meaning 'performance'), and 'positive intant' (likely meaning 'intent'). These errors occasionally hinder the clarity of your message. You rely on basic vocabulary throughout the essay. To improve, you should focus on using more precise academic collocations and synonyms to avoid repetition and demonstrate a wider range of vocabulary, while also paying closer attention to word forms and spelling.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that persist throughout the text. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'some people thinks', 'other people believes'), article usage, and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'repetition to perform the task'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to be distracting. You should focus on mastering basic subject-verb agreement and sentence construction before attempting more complex structures. Proofreading for these recurring errors would help improve your accuracy significantly.
