However, I quibble from them, and propound, that schools and workplaces should encourage healthy competition.
There are adequate evidence of the view of competition at work, at school and in daily life are sustainable . The top-notch reason is, that competition motivates people to work hard. When the people compete with other, they often become more confident, and their performance will be improved. Moreover, a competition also encourage individuals to study hard ,and it also help employees to become more productive. Overall, there are other benefits doing work in cooperate also, but word limit restricts me.
In my prospective, I believe ,that both competition and cooperation are important in different situations, but cooperation should be given greater importance in daily life. So, people have to do healthy competitions because healthy competition motivates people to work hard, improve their abilities, and they can achieve their goals. However, excessive competition can create stress, burden ,and jealousy among individuals. Therefore, this para concludes, that cooperation, and healthy competition allows people to share their knowledge, support each other and find better solutions to common problems.
The above discussion reveals ,that although competition can encourage people to work harder, improve their abilities and achieve their goals ,but cooperation helps individuals share ideas, support one another and solve problems effectively, and I believe that cooperation should be given more importance because it promotes teamwork, reduces unnecessary stress and helps people achieve common goals.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt by discussing both the benefits of competition and cooperation, and the student presents a clear position. In the introduction, the writer states, 'schools and workplaces should encourage healthy competition,' though the conclusion later shifts slightly to suggest that 'cooperation should be given greater importance in daily life.' This minor inconsistency in the stated position prevents a higher score. Ideas are extended and supported to an extent, such as when the student gives the example of medical staff in a hospital working together, but the development sometimes leans towards generalisation rather than deep exploration. The response satisfies the requirements of a Band 6.5, leaning towards Band 7 for covering all parts of the task clearly, but is limited by the shifting stance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay displays a clear overall organisation with an introduction, body paragraphs discussing both sides, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used, though paragraph divisions include formulaic conclusion sentences like 'Thus, this para concludes,' which disrupts the natural flow. Cohesive devices are employed, but mechanical or awkward transitions such as 'On the other hand' and 'Moreover' are occasionally used inappropriately or redundantly. Referencing is sometimes unclear, particularly with ambiguous pronouns. While the progression of ideas is generally logical, the heavy reliance on repetitive transitional phrases and mechanical paragraph wraps pulls the cohesion down to a Band 6.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The student attempts a range of vocabulary, incorporating less common items such as 'sustainable', 'innovations', and 'professional'. However, there are notable inappropriate word choices and collocations, such as 'I quibble from them, and propound' and 'doing work in cooperate'. Word formation errors also occur, such as 'prospective' instead of 'perspective' and 'combines their knowledge skills'. While the vocabulary is minimally adequate to convey the intended meaning, these inaccuracies and awkward phrasing restrict the score to a Band 5.5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay exhibits a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, attempting complex forms with subordinate clauses and conditional ideas. However, grammatical control is inconsistent, featuring frequent errors in punctuation, subject-verb agreement, and article usage. Examples include 'some people believes', 'adequate evidence of the view... are sustainable', and comma splices such as 'In my prospective, I believe ,that...'. Additionally, awkward phrasing like 'team members can combines' demonstrates slips in basic grammar. Although these errors rarely impede overall communication, their frequency prevents the essay from reaching Band 6.
