Student answer (Band 5.0)
Some group of people think that Competition at work, school in daily life is a good thing while other believes that cooperating with each other rather then competing is soulful. but i think is quite true to have competition among collegues or class mates.
Having competition at work or school among workers or students is good beacuse it always sparks the intrest of learning which can always make you stay ahead. Competition always motivates more to grow. Competing among Students or collegues motivate them to get better post or good marks which can outshine them out of all. which is also a positive message for others to work hard to achieve their goals. For Example Jablin is the best fit for it. Every throw create a competetion for the opponent.
On other hand saying to cooperate with eachothers is also true. Working together always build trust and get easier to get done any task on time. In this process the weak ones get plenty to learn from the brillinat ones which is quite a helping hand i think. For example A team of any sports like football. A goal can never scored without best combination.
In conclusion i must give a upper hand to create a competetion because it always excites the canditates to grow more either its getting better at work or in class but for a people who are slow learners cooperation is a key so they can learn best tactics and create there own keys to reslove problems.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The student addresses all parts of the task by discussing both the benefits of competition and cooperation, and provides a clear personal opinion in the introduction and conclusion. However, the ideas are somewhat limited and under-developed, aligning with Band 5 or 6 descriptors. For instance, the examples provided, such as "Jablin is the best fit for it. Every throw create a competetion for the opponent," are vague, confusing, and fail to clearly support the argument. Similarly, the reference to football is overly brief. While the position is clear throughout, the lack of fully elaborated examples and minor tangents prevent it from achieving a higher band score.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response is organized into clear paragraphs with an introduction, body paragraphs for each view, and a conclusion, showing a coherent overall arrangement. However, the use of cohesive devices is frequently faulty, mechanical, or unnatural, such as "On other hand saying to cooperate with eachothers" and starting sentences with lowercase letters or repetitive sentence structures. Referencing is sometimes unclear, particularly with abrupt transitions between sentences and ideas. Paragraphing is present and helps structure the essay, but the progression within paragraphs is occasionally disrupted by confusing phrasing.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The student displays an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting words like "cooperating," "collegues," "brillinat," and "candidates." However, there are numerous spelling errors ("beacuse," "intrest," "collegues," "canditates," "reslove") and word-choice inaccuracies (e.g., "soulful" instead of beneficial or harmonious, "give a upper hand" instead of favor). While the vocabulary used is minimally adequate to convey basic ideas, the frequent errors in spelling and collocation occasionally cause strain for the reader, placing the response firmly in the Band 5 category.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as conditional and relative clauses (e.g., "Which can always make you stay ahead" and "so they can learn best tactics"). However, control of grammar and punctuation is weak, with frequent errors including missing articles, subject-verb agreement issues ("Every throw create"), capitalization errors, and run-on sentences. These errors are persistent throughout the response and sometimes impede clear communication, particularly when sentences are awkwardly structured, making Band 5 the most accurate descriptor.
