Some people think that competition at work, at school and in daily life is a good thing. Others believe that we should try to cooperate more, rather than competing against each other.

i think competition with people in the organisations is baseless every person has its own journey and own learning in the world of cruelty be a cooperative and understanding person and do what your hearts says and for that you have to be kind to other people which doesn't mean you can allow any person to look down upon you but maintain a distance cooperative behaviour and you'll be good.
when i was in school there was a girl who always compete with me and pulls my leg in every situation since then i started ignoring her and minding my own business after some days when the result came out i secured good grades then her and she also came to congratulate me. that's how you can solve these kind of competition issues.
people who says competition in important in daily life i would like to answer them with one sentence that your competition in within yourselves just compete with yourself from yesterday and like that you can be competing in daily life.
