On one hand, individuals think competition should be continued in daily life, among childern and at work palce. As, the market is moving forward in AI, technology and education, people should adapt accordingly. In contrast, as the younger generation are doing research in their daily life, in result the older people have to learn harder to stay in same range of above them. Due to which each individuals can stand first in the society, by competing among their peer group, collegue and in the society. For instance, at work place an experience person working as a manager should learn harder so that the next generation won't overtake their position in the office.

On the other hand, individuals in the society believe in understanding each other. All individuals with different age groups, should have an equal mentality of helping each other. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both sides of the discussion and state a preference for understanding and cooperation: “understanding each other in the society will play as a most significant role.” The workplace examples are relevant, including a manager learning to keep up and helping a younger co-worker. However, the response only partially develops the task. The competition argument focuses mainly on keeping one’s position and being first, without explaining broader benefits or considering possible drawbacks. The cooperation paragraph gives one example but does not fully explain how cooperation benefits people beyond reducing stress. Your position appears clearly near the end, but the introduction’s “will my opinion” does not establish it, and the final thought is unfinished. Develop each view with clearer reasoning and complete the conclusion.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a paragraph giving your opinion. “On one hand” and “On the other hand” help signal the discussion, and the examples generally follow the point they illustrate. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow. For example, the link from technological change to older workers needing to learn, and then to individuals standing first, is not explained clearly. Connectors such as “In contrast,” “Due to which,” and “In result” are used inaccurately or mechanically, which interrupts the flow. The final sentence stops at “learn other weak,” leaving the conclusion incomplete. Use clearer links between cause and result, and ensure each paragraph develops one connected line of reasoning.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “competition,” “co-worker,” “teamwork environment,” and “well-being,” and the examples show an attempt to discuss workplace relationships. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning harder to understand. Phrases such as “stand first in the society,” “stay in same range of above them,” and “learn other weak” are unclear or unnatural. There are also frequent spelling errors, including “childern,” “assigments,” “enviroment,” and “siginficant.” Aim for precise topic language and check spelling carefully. For example, describe workers as “remain competitive” rather than “stand first,” and explain that colleagues can “support one another’s development.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “so that” and “when,” but control is inconsistent. Errors in agreement and verb forms occur in examples such as “competition have increased,” “the younger generation are,” and “a younger co-worker have difficulty.” Articles and sentence construction are also problematic: “is good thing” needs an article, while “In this essay will discuss” lacks a subject. Some sentences are difficult to interpret because clauses are joined awkwardly, as in “In contrast, as the younger generation are doing research … in result the older people have to learn harder.” Punctuation spacing and sentence boundaries also need attention. Practise accurate basic clauses first, then build complex sentences with clear subjects, verbs, and logical links.
