Student answer (Band 5.5)
Competation vs cooperation
Many people believe that competative enviorment is good in our surrounding for instance at school or at work but other believe that one must cooperate with one another rather than creating competative enviroment against one another.Pragmetically in my personal opinion both are necassary for groth and development.
Creating a competative enviroment in our daily life either at work or at school is good as it crate a sense of responsiblity and enhance our working capabalities. One can perform with full motivation and use its full potential to perform well in its field. If there is no competation in field the person cannot strengthen its capabalities and without competation cannot perform well in its require field.
Cooperative enviroment is also necessay that if your surrounding is not cooperative with own another cannot then one cannot perform well. One of the draw back is also that if society is lacking cooperativeness then those societies also lack teamwork.Creating cooperative enviroment instead of rivilarly is better option.
In my opinion, although the certain amount of healthy competation is important but cooperative enviroment is more productive for enhancing the working capablities. One must compete with there past mistake instead of there collegue but also mantain the sense of competation with those that are there rival but with healthy enviroment.
In conclusion, competation can motivate person for performing well while cooperation with other can boost there working capabalities.Society that endure both cooperative enviroment along with friendly competation can perform well and give more practicle and harmonious results.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both sides of the discussion and state a position: competition can motivate people, while cooperation is more productive, and you conclude that a balance is beneficial. However, the ideas are only partly developed. For example, you say competition builds responsibility and improves ability, but do not explain how this happens or give a specific example. The discussion of cooperation is also brief, and the claim that cooperative societies achieve better results is not supported. Your opinion that people should compete with past mistakes rather than colleagues is relevant, but its relationship to your preference for cooperation could be made clearer. The response is also one word below the required minimum. Develop each view with a reason and a concrete example, then explain your position more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs on competition and cooperation, your opinion, and a conclusion. This makes the main line of discussion reasonably easy to follow. Some connections, however, are mechanical or unclear. The repeated use of “if” in “if your surrounding is not cooperative … cannot then one cannot perform well” makes the reasoning difficult to track, while “although … but” in the opinion paragraph creates an awkward link between ideas. References such as “those societies” and “there” are not always clear. Use more precise linking and pronouns, and make each paragraph progress from a clear main point to its explanation or example. This would make the organisation more consistently smooth.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “responsibility,” “motivation,” “potential,” “teamwork,” and “harmonious results.” These choices show that you can express the central ideas, but the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “competitive environment” and “capabilities.” Frequent spelling errors, including “competation,” “enviorment,” and “necassary,” make the writing less clear and reduce the accuracy of your vocabulary. Some expressions are also unnatural, such as “perform with full motivation” and “compete with there past mistake.” Build a wider set of accurate collocations for discussing workplace and school relationships, and proofread spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast in “although …” and conditional reasoning with “if.” However, the range is limited, and complex attempts often contain errors that make the meaning harder to follow. For example, “if your surrounding is not cooperative with own another cannot then one cannot perform well” has an incomplete and confusing structure. There are also recurring problems with agreement and sentence construction, as in “one must cooperate … rather than creating,” and the final sentence has unclear pronoun reference in “give more practical and harmonious results.” Punctuation is inconsistent, particularly where sentences run together after full stops. Practise building clear subject–verb sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check that each clause is complete.
