There are two different

conditions, competition at work,

at school and in daily life is

a good thing or we should try

to cooperate more than competing

against each other.

I do not agree with

competition at work, at

school and in daily life

is a good thing

I agree with we should

try to cooperate more than

competing against each other.

In my opinion, if there

are competition between

workers, students and in

daily life that leads

to distress to them.

They will feel stress

and mental problem. They can also fee develepe behaviour issues that disturb their daily life. They develepe grudges against each other that can destroy their friendship. People always feel burden on themselves to be able to go forward their collegeous. Sometimes, they cannot perform with their full potential because of competition that develope them.

From my prespective, instead of competition, we should try to cooperate with each other. We should to help and support each other in their work. In that way, a peaceful environment is produce among them. They will respect each other . Without sense of hatred, they can work with their full potential. It can also reduce stress and burden of work on them.

Conclusion, Workers and students should try to perform their best instead of competing that leads to them with success. Students can achieve better grades and workers can get their respected position if they perform with honesty.

It can make their environment peaceful and create a sense of friendship among them.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You clearly state your view: you favour cooperation because competition can cause stress and damage relationships. You also give relevant consequences, such as workers feeling burdened and students struggling to perform well. However, the task asks you to discuss both views, and the benefits of competition are not explained; the opening merely repeats the two positions before rejecting one. Your supporting points are also brief and general, with no specific example to develop them. The response contains 226 words, so it is 24 words below the required minimum; the 26 words copied from the prompt are excluded. To strengthen the response, explain why competition can motivate people or improve performance, then develop your preferred view with a concrete example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The response has a recognisable sequence: an introduction, reasons for opposing competition, a paragraph supporting cooperation, and a concluding statement. This gives the reader a basic sense of direction. However, the opening is broken into several short lines and repeats the task rather than setting up a clear discussion. The paragraph about competition contains several related effects, but the links between them are not always clear, and the shift to cooperation is abrupt. The conclusion also repeats ideas about peace and friendship instead of bringing the discussion together. Use clear, purposeful paragraphs and linking phrases to show contrast and cause and effect, and make sure each paragraph develops one main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “competition,” “cooperate,” “stress,” “potential,” and “respect,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “behaviour issues” and “full potential.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, spelling, or collocation problems make the writing less natural: “fee develepe behaviour issues,” “collegeous,” and “a peaceful environment is produce.” Repetition of “competition,” “work,” and “each other” also limits flexibility. Build a wider set of accurate phrases for motivation, teamwork, and performance, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise vocabulary would help you explain the two viewpoints without relying on repeated general terms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer cause-and-effect sentences, for example, “They can also … behaviour issues that disturb their daily life.” This shows an effort to connect ideas, but control is inconsistent and sentence patterns are often limited. Errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction occur in examples such as “if there are competition,” “We should to help,” and “a peaceful environment is produce.” The opening also lacks a complete, well-formed sentence, while punctuation and spacing are inconsistent in places. Practise building accurate basic clauses first, then combine them with subordinate clauses using “because,” “which,” or “although.” Check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
