ASSALAM O ALAIKUM:

Some people think that competition at work , school , and in daily life is a good thing .they think so because they think that competition can make any man successfull. If they get in to trouble ,they will learn how to move out of troubles . competition can make them strong. they will come to learn from the people to whom they are competing. If they will not come in competition , they will become lazy ,leave their work tomorrow and eventually they will fail to becime successful .thats why they think that competition is important.

Howower, some people think that we should cooperative with each other rather than compeing each other .They think si because theur belief is that if people will come in competition ,they can become jealous of each other .they will use wrong ways to defeat other, they may hate each otheer .they also think that if people will cooperative with each other ,they will learn to help each other in any difficulty . That is why they think that we should be cooperative more to each ratheer than competing against each other.

According to me ,these people are true in their own opinions.but my opinion is that yes we should compete with each other for our grooming but not in bad way .we should not hate each other .we should help each other in order to solve their problem if we can. In this way we can compete with out any harming each other.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You discuss both perspectives and give a personal view: competition can motivate people to improve, while cooperation can reduce jealousy and encourage mutual help. Your conclusion—compete for personal growth without harming others—answers the question. However, the ideas remain general and are mostly repeated rather than explained with specific examples or developed reasoning. The position is present, but its relationship to the two views could be clearer. The response also falls 8 words short of the 250-word minimum; the 9 words copied from the prompt were not counted. To strengthen the response, explain how competition benefits a workplace or school, and give a concrete example of cooperation producing a better outcome.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: one paragraph presents the case for competition, another explains cooperation, and a final paragraph gives your opinion. Transitions such as “However” and “According to me” help signal these stages. However, progression within paragraphs is limited, and several points are linked through repeated patterns such as “they think” and “they will.” This makes the discussion feel repetitive rather than steadily developed. Some links between ideas are also unclear, particularly the move from competition causing trouble to learning how to overcome it. Organise each body paragraph around a clear main point, then explain and illustrate it, using a wider range of linking and referencing expressions.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “competition,” “jealous,” “defeat,” and “help each other.” However, the range is limited, and several words or phrases are repeated frequently. There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice errors, including “successfull,” “Howower,” “compeing,” and “grooming” where you mean personal development. Phrases such as “move out of troubles” and “compete with out any harming” are not natural English collocations and may make the reader pause. Build a more precise vocabulary for discussing motivation, collaboration, and conflict, and check spelling and word forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You communicate your main points using simple sentences and some attempts at longer conditional structures, such as “if people will come in competition.” However, the range of sentence forms is limited, and these longer constructions are often faulty. For example, “we should cooperative” needs a verb form after “should,” while “if they will not come in competition” uses an unsuitable tense pattern for a general condition. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries, as in “competition can make any man successful” and the run-on sequence “they will use wrong ways to defeat other, they may hate each other.” Practise accurate conditionals and modal verb patterns, and punctuate separate clauses clearly.
