Student answer (Band 5.5)
There is an argument between several people that wether we should be more competitive or more cooperative at our work or school or in daily life,to which i believe that depending upon the situation healthy competition can be more benifical one some ways then other.
Competing with other can be a good way to improve yourself, it pushes a person where he normally would't, it can act as a motivational factor for some people, for example a student who does't want to compete with other students would have less devotion to study and push himself for a better grade where as a student who is competing with other would likely put more effort and time to improve his grades
On the contrary, competition can lead to unecessory conflicts and can cause a negative effect, several people believe that it is more benefitial if we are more cooperative, working together reather against each other can be postive for all beacuse constant competition can make people to harm other inorder to get ahead of them for example in work if one employee triyes to intentionaly harm other work inorder to get himself a promotion might lead to disturst and hate amoung coworkers so in this sunario working together would be a better option
In conclution, some people may think that being cooperative mighty be better in our daily life but it might be more benifical to be more competative inorder rather then to be coopeartive considring that we keep it respected wi

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You discuss both sides: competition may motivate students to improve, while cooperation can reduce conflict between coworkers. Your examples are relevant, and your final sentence indicates a preference for competition when it remains healthy. However, the position is not consistently clear: the opening says the best approach depends on the situation, whereas the conclusion appears to favour competition more generally. The discussion is also limited, with the benefits of cooperation and the conditions for healthy competition not fully explained. The response is one word below the required minimum, so it does not meet the task’s length requirement. Develop each view further and make your overall position consistent.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph about competition, a contrasting paragraph about cooperation, and a conclusion. The examples generally follow the points they illustrate, and phrases such as “On the contrary” help signal a change in viewpoint. However, several sentences are very long and contain multiple ideas joined mainly by commas, making the progression harder to follow. The conclusion is also cut off at “considering that we keep it respected wi,” so the final point is incomplete. Use clearer sentence boundaries, connect each example explicitly to its main idea, and ensure the conclusion finishes the argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “motivational factor,” “cooperative,” “competition,” and “promotion.” This gives you enough language to communicate the main ideas, but the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make the writing less clear. Examples include “benifical,” “unecessory,” “reather,” and “disturst.” Some phrases are also awkward, such as “competing with other” and “harm other work.” Aim to learn accurate topic-related collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise expressions would help you explain the effects of competition and cooperation without relying on repeated forms of the same words.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional idea about an employee harming a coworker to gain a promotion. However, complex sentences are often difficult to control, and errors sometimes make the relationships between ideas unclear. For example, the opening sentence runs several clauses together, while “a student who does’t want to compete … would have less devotion” has problems with sentence construction and punctuation. There are also issues with articles, plurals, and verb forms, as in “competing with other” and “a student who is competing with other would likely put.” Use shorter, complete sentences first, then add subordinate clauses with careful punctuation and agreement.
