In modern era, few individuals think competition at office, at school and in daiy life is a good thing, while other believe that we should try to assist individuals, instead of competing against each other. Although i agree with this viewpoint that people should cooperate more because of reduces anxiety and cooperation, there are also benefits of competiton.

On the one hand, the major benefit of helping others is that decreas ein burnout. To elaborate, many people feel stress and anxiety because of work load and competiton among employess. So, the people should cooperate with each other as it help them to reduce worries and tiredness and they can perform their task more efficiently and fastly. Moreover, it helps them to do projects , assignments and other works in less time. As, they work together it will reduces isolaton and help them to build trust and confidence. Therefore, they can achiebe success in their respective fields by building stringer relationships.

On the other hand, the people with perspective of doing competiton gives reason that it enhances motivation. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both sides of the question and state a clear preference for cooperation, especially in the introduction and conclusion. The cooperation paragraph gives relevant outcomes—less stress, faster completion of tasks, and stronger trust—while the competition paragraph explains motivation and goal-setting. This covers the task, but the two views are not developed equally: the benefits of cooperation receive more explanation, whereas the competition points are asserted rather than supported with a concrete example or fuller explanation. Your own opinion is clear, though the opening phrase “because of reduces anxiety and cooperation” makes its reasoning difficult to follow. Develop each main point with a specific example and explain how it supports your position.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for cooperation and competition, and a conclusion. Signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “To conclude” make the progression easy to follow, and ideas within the cooperation paragraph generally move from reduced stress to improved teamwork. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent arrangement and shows some features of stronger organisation. However, linking is sometimes mechanical, with repeated “Moreover,” “Therefore,” and “As” constructions, and some references are unclear—for example, “it help them” does not always identify whether “it” means competition or cooperation. Use more varied transitions and make pronoun references explicit.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “burnout,” “motivation,” “anxiety,” “trust,” and “achieve their goals,” so the reader can understand the main ideas. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling, word-form, and collocation errors reduce precision: “daiy life,” “competiton,” “work load,” “fosters their goals,” and “winning stronger positions.” Some phrases are also repetitive, particularly “work more efficiently” and references to “stronger” relationships or positions. These issues fit a limited but usable vocabulary range. Build accuracy by learning common word partnerships and checking spelling, and choose more precise expressions such as “set ambitious goals” or “gain promotion” where appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including subordinate clauses beginning “because” and “as,” and the overall meaning is usually recoverable. However, control is inconsistent, particularly in longer sentences. Examples include “it help them to reduce,” “it will reduces,” “it can helps,” and “it help them make,” where subject–verb agreement or verb forms are incorrect. The opening sentence also has a faulty construction in “because of reduces anxiety,” and punctuation is sometimes awkward, as in “As, they work together.” These errors can make some relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Practise accurate verb patterns after modal verbs and singular subjects, and divide complex ideas into shorter, well-controlled sentences.
