Student answer (Band 5.0)
While many people argue that competition with their collogues and friends in daily life is good thing. Other put forward their opinion that people should try to cooperate with others. In my opinion, competitions are beneficial it can improve working capacity.
On the one side of the argument, numerous people believe that cooperation with other workers good think. The most compelling reason for believing this is that they can understand each other problems and support together when they face any problem. Although competition make us more better, however coordinating with team create a understanding and strong thinking skills. For example, a company where all employes work together with good coordination they can achieve goals easily. As a result, they can save lot of time and reduce many difficulties. Furthermore, working with other collogues lead to a socialize and new experience. When students can help their friends in difficult subject and other problems, they can build a good relation and also learn new about each other. Therefore, students get new useful knowledge and use in right way in real life.
On the other hand, I am view of that compitions are more benifical and helpful to achive real life goals. Indeed, my first reason for agree with this is that compate with others make us more parfect because competion can help people to learn more as well as learners also face our weakness and work on it next time. In addition to this,
In conclusion, I believe that both are benefical for workers and students because if cooperate with others build a new frindship and believe with each other while competition help to work on weakness and get better.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both sides of the discussion and state a preference for competition, with relevant points about teamwork, learning from others, and recognising personal weaknesses. The workplace example about employees achieving goals through coordination helps illustrate the cooperation view. However, the argument for competition is not developed as fully: it ends after saying competition helps people learn and identify weaknesses, and the sentence “In addition to this,” is left unfinished. Your conclusion then shifts to saying both approaches are beneficial without clearly reaffirming which you favour. Develop the competition argument with a specific example and explain how it supports your position; keep that position consistent in the conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. You also use signposts such as “On the one side,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion.” However, progression is uneven: the cooperation paragraph contains several ideas in succession, while the competition paragraph stops abruptly at “In addition to this,” and does not complete its point. Some links are mechanical or confusing, particularly “Although competition make us more better, however…” and the conclusion’s rapid contrast between friendship and improvement. Complete each paragraph’s main point, use clearer links between cause and result, and ensure the conclusion follows logically from the stated opinion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “cooperation,” “coordination,” “achieve goals,” “weakness,” and “useful knowledge.” These choices show an attempt to discuss both teamwork and personal improvement. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to read, such as “collogues,” “compitions,” “benifical,” and “parfect.” Some combinations are also unnatural, including “support together,” “a socialize,” and “build a new friendship and believe.” Learn accurate forms and common collocations, and choose more precise expressions—for example, “work collaboratively” rather than “support together.” This will make your ideas clearer and more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “Although,” “When,” and “because.” This gives you a basis for expressing reasons and examples. However, errors are frequent, and some complex attempts are faulty: “Although competition make us more better, however coordinating with team create…” combines contrasting structures and has agreement problems. Other examples include “cooperation with other workers good think,” “competition make us,” and the incomplete “In addition to this,”. Articles, subject–verb agreement, and sentence boundaries also need attention. Practise building accurate sentences with one clear main clause, then add a subordinate clause; check that each sentence is complete and that verbs agree with their subjects.
