On the one hand, competiton at work is more common in every sector of this world. The main reason is because one always try to do something exceptional, which may give them the opportunity to get promotion in job sector. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both competition and cooperation, and your view that cooperation is more beneficial appears in the introduction and conclusion. The competition paragraph gives relevant reasons, such as seeking promotion and bonuses for overtime, while the cooperation paragraph mentions a healthier workplace and reduced stress. However, the discussion is only partly developed: the examples are brief, and the claim that supervisors may dislike cooperation is not explained or supported. Your conclusion also shifts somewhat by saying competitive mindsets may be better for institutions, which makes your final position less clear than the earlier preference for cooperation. Explain the benefits and drawbacks of each view more fully, and maintain one consistent opinion throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Phrases such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help the reader follow this structure. Within paragraphs, however, the progression is sometimes mechanical, with repeated use of “Although,” “Furthermore,” and “As a result.” Some links do not clearly express the relationship between ideas; for example, “Although, everyone is do the same thing” does not connect smoothly to the preceding point. The conclusion also introduces a qualification that is not fully reconciled with your stated preference. Use fewer formulaic transitions and make each sentence build clearly on the previous one.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “promotion,” “competitive,” “cooperative,” “mental stress,” and “productivity.” This gives you enough language to communicate the main ideas, but the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling problems make the writing less natural. Examples include “extra faciulities,” “bonous,” “healthy athmosphere,” and “bring more wellfare.” Phrases such as “cooperating mind set” and “doing all the thing together” also sound awkward or imprecise. Build a more accurate set of workplace and education collocations, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise vocabulary would help you explain the effects of competition and cooperation without relying on repeated general terms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “which,” and “although.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “one always try” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “everyone is do the same thing” combines verb forms incorrectly. In “Having a friendly relationship with colleagues bring,” the subject and verb do not agree, and “the manager may could not like it” uses incompatible modal forms. Articles and sentence punctuation also need attention. Practise building accurate sentences with one clear main verb, then add subordinate clauses once the basic structure is secure.
