We discuss about competition at work and school. Competition is very good thing for workers and student because, some students motivate us and inspire us for better results. Workers motivate us for better life style and promotion. Its have many advantages and disadvantages.

Overall, some people think that competition at work and at school and in daily life is a good thing and some people thing competition is way to hate some others. My opinion, competition is very important to succeed in your life. Competition motivate to people get promotion at work for better life style. All time competition is not well in our society because, people hate us to much so, we should try to cooperate more rather than competing against each other.

My own opinion is to cooperate more and more with each other. Our religion gave us advice to cooperate with each other and help to each other that is very good habit. Some people have high IQ level and some have low all people are not same IQ so, competition are not possible. Our religion advice us all people are not same but felling are same so, dont hurt any person felling cooperate with each other. Then competing each other is harmful for peoples who hate with each others.

Conclusion, it builds resilience and personal growth healthy competition teaches people how to handle pressure, accept feedback, learn from failure and set clearer personal goals skills that are very valuable in adults life and the workplace.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

The response refers to both competition and cooperation and gives a personal view, especially in “My own opinion is to cooperate more and more with each other.” It also mentions possible benefits of competition, such as motivation and promotion, and concerns that it can lead to hatred. However, the discussion is minimal: neither view is explained with a clear, relevant example, and the position shifts between saying competition is important and favouring cooperation. The conclusion introduces benefits of healthy competition without resolving this tension. The response contains 227 words, so it is 23 words below the 250-word minimum; 22 words copied from the task prompt were not counted. Develop each side with specific reasons and examples, then state a consistent opinion.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

There is an attempt to organise the response into an opening, a paragraph about the writer’s view, a further paragraph on cooperation, and a conclusion. Basic links such as “Overall,” “My own opinion,” and “Conclusion” signal the intended stages. However, ideas are not arranged in a clear progression: the opening repeats the task, the second paragraph gives conflicting positions, and the final paragraph returns to the advantages of competition after arguing for cooperation. Several sentences run ideas together with repeated “so” and “and,” making relationships difficult to follow. Use one paragraph for each view, connect each reason to its explanation or example, and make the conclusion reflect the position established in the body.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The response uses a basic range of topic vocabulary, including “competition,” “cooperate,” “promotion,” “resilience,” and “personal growth.” These words make the general subject understandable, and “healthy competition” is a useful phrase. However, vocabulary is repetitive and some combinations are unnatural or unclear, such as “better life style,” “hate with each others,” and “competition motivate to people.” The repeated use of “good,” “people,” and “competition” also limits precision. Build a wider set of accurate expressions for workplace and school contexts, such as “encourage employees to improve” or “work towards shared goals,” and check spelling and word forms, including “feelings” and “adults’ lives.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response attempts some longer sentences and uses simple linking clauses, but sentence structures are mostly basic and errors occur frequently. Subject–verb agreement is inconsistent in examples such as “Competition motivate” and “competition are not possible”; articles and possessives are also missing or incorrect in “a very good thing,” “Its have,” and “adults life.” Some sentence boundaries and punctuation make the meaning harder to follow, particularly in the long sentence beginning “Our religion advice us…” and the conclusion. These errors sometimes obscure the intended relationships between ideas. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using controlled clauses. Check agreement, articles, possessives, and punctuation when editing.
