Student answer (Band 5.5)
There is an argue that some believed people should cooperate more their collegue, classmates, friends and neighbours than competing each others whereas others thinks that compitition is a good thing to progress in daily life.In my opinion, Both views are important in different perspective.
In one hand, competition make people more attentive and confidents.Because of competition an employe of office or a students always became attentive in their daily taks and they work hard to gain their prizes and reach to their aim. For instance ,In some jobs where employee need to complete sales limite given by senior. If someone can fullfill thisk task timely he can easily get promotion thats why this situation create a competiton among collegue to complete task and they work hard to gain promotion.
On the other hand, If people cooperate thier collegue, classmate and neighbours, the environment of office, school and society transform to a friendly and healthy environment. To helped a collegue when he feel difficulty in a task, you can get return it when you need which can solve complex work in a time. In school if students study in group they can help each others, they simply understand difficult topics by the help of friends who already good at this topics. when people cooperate others in their daily life it make everyone life easy.
Though coooerate others in daily life such as office, school, society create a healthy environment and together they can make every cmplex task to a piece of cake but in some sector competion play an efficient rule to progrees and gain success in life. I believe that in every stage of life and every sector of life people need to cooperate others because it make life easy and beautifull but in some situation of life people need to competate others to overcome situation and make success.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both sides of the question and give a clear overall preference for cooperation, while allowing that competition can be useful in some situations. The workplace example about sales targets and promotion supports the benefits of competition, and the school example explains how group study can help students understand difficult topics. This is relevant coverage of the task. However, some points are asserted rather than fully explained: for example, the claim that cooperation makes life “easy and beautiful” could be supported with a more specific consequence, and your final position could clarify when competition is beneficial. Developing these ideas more evenly and precisely would make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: the introduction presents the issue, separate body paragraphs discuss competition and cooperation, and the conclusion gives your view. Signposting such as “On the other hand” helps readers follow the contrast, and examples are placed with the relevant arguments. At times, however, connections are mechanical or unclear. “In one hand” does not form the expected contrast, and the long final sentence combines several claims without clearly showing how they relate. Some references, such as “you can get return it,” also make the link between ideas difficult to follow. Use accurate linking phrases and divide complex points into clearer sentences to improve progression.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “competition,” “cooperate,” “promotion,” “healthy environment,” and “complex work.” These choices allow you to communicate the main ideas, and phrases such as “sales limit” and “group” study show attempts to describe specific situations. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices, collocations, and spellings make parts of the response difficult to understand. Examples include “gain their prizes,” “complete sales limite,” “efficient rule,” and “make every complex task to a piece of cake.” Spelling errors such as “compitition” and “beautifull” are also noticeable. Aim for more natural topic-specific phrases and check spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional idea in “If someone can fulfil this task timely he can easily get promotion” and a contrast introduced by “Though.” The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and verb forms occur across the response. For example, “competition make people” needs subject–verb agreement, while “a students always became” mixes singular and plural forms and uses an unsuitable tense. The opening sentence also lacks a clear grammatical structure, and several sentences run together or have unclear clause relationships. Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns and punctuating longer sentences before adding more complex clauses.
