The plans below show a harbour in 2000 and how it looks today.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The plans gives information about the changes in harbour in 2000 and at present.
Overall, the porth harbour has went through significant changes in area by constructing additional showers and toilets and turning empty spce into cafes and shops While the number of passenger ferries has increased predominently.
In 2000, the car park in north had showers and toilets linked to main road and other car park was present on eastern linked road with no showers and toilets. But now the second car park is shifted to main road and also with showers and toilets. Another change is shuffling of marina private yatchets to fishing boats at present. The place near north eastern linked road is converted into cafes and shops, also castle place is changed into hotel with private beach
Also in 2000, the number of passenger feriies was only two with one dock but now it is increased to 3 with two docks near the public beach.
