Student answer (Band 6.0)
The working week should be shorter and employess should have a longer weekend. I strongly agree with this view because a shorter working week can improve employees mental well being and increasing their productivity.
Firstly, working for few fewer days can help people maintain a better work life balance. Many employees spend most of the their time at work and have very little time for their families hobbies and personal acitivity longer weekend would allow them to relax and spend quality time with their love once. As per result they may feel less stressed and more satisfied with their love one.
Secondly, a shorter working week could also improve productivity of work and you can enjoy your own company, your mind will be fresh and feel free this felling gives you a positive energy. For example, USA companies gives their employers many holidays for spending time with their families the result will that county earns more profit than other country because of their policies of holiday.
On the other hand, it rises new critical thinking of person have a their own time he should things on their significant qualities, and will trying to improve their expensive version that is help him to improve their productivity of work and diversity of work.
In conclusion, I strongly agree that the working week should be reduced and the weekend should be extended this change would not only improve employees quality of life but could also make them more productive at work and gives him much happiness for upcoming future .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. However, the development of ideas is inconsistent. While the first body paragraph provides a logical argument regarding work-life balance, the second paragraph is confusing, particularly the example regarding USA companies, which lacks clarity and factual accuracy. The final paragraph attempts to introduce new ideas about 'critical thinking' and 'expensive version' (likely meaning 'best version'), but these are poorly articulated and do not effectively support the main argument. To reach a higher band, you should focus on developing each point with clear, relevant examples rather than introducing vague or confusing concepts.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, and there is a basic attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'In conclusion'. However, the flow of ideas is often disrupted by awkward phrasing and unclear logical connections. For instance, the transition between the benefits of a shorter week and the example of USA companies is abrupt. Furthermore, the use of referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the sentence 'As per result they may feel less stressed and more satisfied with their love one', where the connection to the previous sentence is mechanical rather than fluid. Improved use of linking words and clearer sentence structure would enhance the overall coherence.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. There are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward collocations, such as 'personal acitivity', 'love once' (instead of 'loved ones'), and 'expensive version' (which does not convey the intended meaning). While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'productivity' and 'well being', the overall range is limited. To improve, focus on learning common collocations and ensuring that the words you choose accurately reflect your intended meaning. Avoid using words if you are unsure of their precise definition in a specific context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'USA companies gives'), incorrect pluralization (e.g., 'few fewer days'), and misuse of pronouns (e.g., 'gives him much happiness'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly regarding the lack of commas to separate clauses, which makes some sentences difficult to parse. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on proofreading for subject-verb agreement and basic sentence construction would be highly beneficial.
