Student answer (Band 6.0)
The working days should be decrease in length and in contrast, weekends must have longer. I agree with this suggestion, try to explain my point of view with suitable, logical examples and also draw a conclusion for it.
In my country, working days are consist of 6 days in which all the employs are working with enthusiasm and passion from morning to evening. This may lead to the results of spoiling their overall well being, which is ultimately affects the structure of the company in which currently they are working. So, it's imperative for them to have long weekends rather than the small weekends which are composed of only 1 holiday in each week.
Another aspect of these short weekends are the matters which are disturbing someone's life due to these short holidays. Employers have no time for their families because at weekends they remain busy in their work even when they at the home. In addition, they would feel themselves as failure men who are unable to give time to their families. A prime instance is my cousin who always remain too busy in his work and have not enough time for his family even on weekends. Even his children remain miserable due to his careless attitude which is due to the short holidays. He works day and night for his promotion, therefore working days are not enough for him.
To put it briefly, 1 holiday in each week is not enough for the workers there should be 2-3 holidays must in each week, so that, they would try to maintain their health and also give time to their families.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The essay addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you provide a personal example regarding your cousin, the argument could be strengthened by discussing broader societal or economic implications of a shorter work week. The introduction is slightly repetitive, and the conclusion is brief. To reach a higher band, ensure that each body paragraph explores the 'why' and 'how' of your arguments more deeply, rather than relying on personal anecdotes alone. The ideas are relevant, but they lack the depth required for a higher score.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'In addition' and 'To put it briefly', which help the flow. However, some transitions are mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'Another aspect of these short weekends are the matters which are disturbing someone's life'. Referencing is occasionally unclear, and the connection between sentences could be smoother. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will help improve your score in this area.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range expected at higher levels. You use some basic phrasing, such as 'working days are consist of' and 'failure men', which are not natural collocations. There are also some word-choice errors, such as 'spoiling their overall well being' instead of 'detrimental to their well-being'. To improve, focus on learning topic-specific collocations and more sophisticated synonyms. Avoid repeating simple words and try to incorporate more academic vocabulary to express your ideas with greater nuance.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Examples include 'The working days should be decrease' (should be 'decreased'), 'all the employs are working' (should be 'employees'), and 'there should be 2-3 holidays must in each week' (incorrect modal usage). Subject-verb agreement and tense consistency are areas that need significant attention. While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band score. Focus on proofreading for basic verb forms and pluralisation.
