Student answer (Band 5.5)
In today's contemporary world, everyone should working 8 to 10 hours per day, without overtime, and four to five days per week. Meanwhile, a widely held consensus dictates that the period of working time should need to be shorter per week, it mean they want to have a longer weekend. In this essay I will discuss why I perceive that professional organization require to make a balance approach between the week days and weekend.
First of all, I am of the conviction that working hours per day is need to be manageable, like 6 or up to 8 hours per day without overtime. Likewise to be work only 4 days or maximum 5 days per week. If the companies reduce its working time up to these duration, than they will see a lot of changes of his employment motivation, and discipline. Moreover it will also reduce the employees stress level by overthinking about their assign tasks. Further it will not only reduce the stress level but also help employment satisfaction, and they will think creatively, and build a healthy relation with other colleagues, and spending some time with their families.
Secondly, I am personally disagree with longer weekend. Because when an institution employees are engaged in their office work, than they never feel boring and don't overthinking about how to complete a assigned task which was assign to him. But they consistently working on it to be complete under the required time frame or before deadline.
In conclusion, minimizing working hours week days is beneficial for individuals to be creative, and stress free. In stark contrast, longer weekend should not engaged employees on their work activities, so then they will ignore their task assign to him. Therefore the futuristic idea is that to manage a balance approach across the working days and weekend days.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt, but the position is inconsistent. While the introduction suggests a balanced approach, the body paragraphs contain contradictory arguments. The second paragraph argues for shorter working hours, but the third paragraph argues against a longer weekend, which is logically linked to the same concept. This creates confusion regarding your actual stance. Furthermore, some ideas are under-developed; for instance, the claim that longer weekends lead to employees ignoring tasks is asserted without sufficient logical support or real-world examples. To improve, ensure your position is clearly defined in the introduction and maintained consistently throughout the essay, with each paragraph providing distinct, well-supported reasons for your specific viewpoint.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'Likewise to be work' and 'In stark contrast' are used incorrectly or in contexts where they do not logically connect the ideas. The progression of ideas is hindered by the contradictory nature of the arguments between the second and third paragraphs. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, such as the use of 'his' and 'him' when referring to employees in general. To reach a higher band, focus on using transition words that accurately reflect the relationship between your ideas and ensure that your paragraphing supports a logical flow of argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There is frequent repetition of basic terms like 'work', 'working', and 'stress level'. Some word choices are unnatural or incorrect, such as 'professional organization require to make a balance approach' instead of 'require a balanced approach' and 'feel boring' instead of 'feel bored'. While the meaning is generally clear, the lack of variety and occasional collocation errors limit the score. To improve, try to incorporate more academic collocations and synonyms to express your ideas with greater sophistication and accuracy.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('everyone should working', 'hours per day is need'), incorrect verb forms ('they will see a lot of changes of his employment motivation'), and missing articles. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary commas appearing frequently. While the reader can understand your intended meaning, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar prevents the writing from being considered accurate. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and consistent verb tense usage would significantly improve the clarity and quality of your writing.
