In recent years issue of working long hourshas become serious problem that must be considered by legislation

However working long hours could consume lot of energy and time but instead of leaving work and doing nothing still solution reasonable ahead

Working all week many of employees working all week just to get that rest of the weekend when it their rights but when work is fun and not tiring and enjoyable I don't think would effect employees either effect positively on employment and get substantial results

I think all head office and ceo should consider how to implement figures that could help their employees and ensure their safety and comfort and can make workplace enjoyable

On the other hand working five days and get two days off it's seems not bad idea

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0

The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 132 words. This significantly impacts the development of ideas. While the prompt asks for an opinion on whether the working week should be shorter, the response is fragmented and lacks a clear, consistent position. The arguments provided are underdeveloped and lack supporting evidence or examples. The ideas are presented in a disjointed manner, making it difficult to follow the writer's stance on the issue. To improve, you must expand on your arguments with specific examples and ensure you meet the minimum length requirement to allow for full development of your ideas.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0

The essay lacks a clear structure. There is no introduction or conclusion, and the body paragraphs are not clearly defined. The use of cohesive devices is very limited, with only basic transitions like 'However' and 'On the other hand' used, which are often placed incorrectly. The progression of ideas is difficult to follow because the sentences do not flow logically from one to the next. To improve, you should organize your essay into clear paragraphs: an introduction, two body paragraphs with distinct points, and a conclusion. Use a wider range of linking words to connect your ideas more effectively.

Lexical Resource — Band 4.5

The vocabulary is basic and repetitive, often relying on simple phrasing such as 'working long hours' and 'get that rest'. There are noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'implement figures' and 'effect positively on employment', which hinder clarity. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas about workplace dynamics. To improve, focus on learning topic-specific collocations related to employment and work-life balance. Try to incorporate more precise academic vocabulary to replace generic terms and ensure your word choices are contextually appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0

The response contains frequent grammatical errors that impede communication. There are significant issues with sentence structure, including run-on sentences and missing articles (e.g., 'issue of working long hours', 'all head office and ceo'). Subject-verb agreement and verb tense consistency are also problematic throughout the text. The range of grammatical structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences with errors. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, including correct punctuation and the use of articles. Practice writing complex sentences using subordinating conjunctions to demonstrate a wider range of grammatical control.
