Student answer (Band 4.5)
In this modern era, it is debeting every where that working days should be less in a week and employees should have more and more weekend. In my perspective, I completely agree to the statement, it has been acknowldged that worknig less days in a week are signifincantly important for work-life balance of workers. This essay will elaborate the importance of minimize work in a week to balance worker life.
To commence with, it is widely believe that there should be a balacne in life for work and personal activites for worker. Moreover, less working days in a week can inhance worker productivity and activtness during working because when they have enough time to relax their minds they can focus more on work. For example, demark condacted a resesrch based on thounsands of workers in a steel factory where they were working around six days a week. Furthermore, they work eight hours a day and they were completely exhuasted because of working hours and their employee were not much happy because of the production.
Subsequently, when they work for four days a week and they have enough time to spend with their families then show more interest in working while after a month factory production get significantly rose over the period time in the history. Therefore, when worker have long weeknend with an actractive salaries they are more productive and intersted in their work. However, government shoud take serios actions on the employees whom force to the workers to work in excessive hours a week.
In conclusion, although it necessary to from the employee to make an work-life balance for their workers with maxium pay rates. So, they can be relax and more beneficail to them.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The candidate addresses the prompt by clearly stating a position agreeing that the working week should be shorter and workers should have a longer weekend. Main ideas are presented, such as the relationship between shorter hours and improved work-life balance or enhanced productivity. However, the development of these ideas is limited and at times superficial. For instance, the reference to a research study in Denmark contains vague details and confusing phrasing ('demark condacted a resesrch based on thounsands of workers'). Furthermore, the conclusion contains contradictory statements regarding employee obligations and pay rates. While all parts of the task are addressed, the support lacks full extension and precision, placing this performance at Band 5.5.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay demonstrates some organizational structure with a clear introduction and conclusion, and paragraphs are attempted. However, the overall progression is disrupted by mechanical and faulty cohesive devices. Transitions such as 'To commence with' and 'Subsequently' are used, but logical links between sentences are often weak or confusing. Referencing is frequently unclear, such as the ambiguous pronoun use in 'when they work for four days a week and they have enough time... then show more interest'. Paragraphing is also poorly managed, with the second body paragraph awkwardly split or merged, creating a chaotic structure that hinders smooth reading. These weaknesses align with a Band 5.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary range is limited and frequently hindered by severe spelling and word-choice errors. Throughout the essay, basic terms are misspelled, including 'debeting' for debating, 'acknowldged' for acknowledged, 'worknig' for working, 'signifincantly' for significantly, 'balacne' for balance, 'inhance' for enhance, 'activtness' for activeness, 'demark' for Denmark, 'condacted' for conducted, 'resesrch' for research, 'thounsands' for thousands, 'exhuasted' for exhausted, 'weeknend' for weekend, 'actractive' for attractive, 'intersted' for interested, 'serios' for serious, 'maxium' for maximum, and 'beneficail' for beneficial. These pervasive errors cause significant difficulty for the reader and prevent the text from achieving a higher band, despite some attempts at topical vocabulary like 'productivity' and 'work-life balance'. This corresponds to a Band 4.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The text displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, and attempts at complex sentences frequently result in severe errors. The essay is plagued by structural breakdown, missing subjects, incorrect prepositions, and faulty verb forms. Examples include 'it is debeting every where that working days should be less', 'worknig less days in a week are signifincantly important', 'workers whom force to the workers to work', and 'although it necessary to from the employee to make an work-life balance'. Punctuation is also problematic, with run-on sentences and comma splices interrupting the flow. Because errors are frequent and constantly distort meaning, the grammar fits the Band 4.0 descriptor.
