In the present, every feild has a invisible competition to get the authority of the market. For that, it is really important to think of quality over quantity of relevant product and the same time companies should identify how to manufacture that product with low cost. So, it is essential to take care of workers who work under company to give stress free and friendly environment to increase productivity and quality. Firstly, working long shifs and consequative five days per week can completely drain employers' energy. It can directly affect to the quality of final outcome. Rather than that, it may reduce the total outcome. Because people cannot work for long period without breaks which will lead to physical and mental exhaustion.

Secondly,When considering about increaseing the weekend is a good thing from employee's perspective. They receive maximun time to spend with their family which will help to reduce work related stress and exhuastion. Mental well-being is an essential feature to increase the productivity. Furthermore, long weekends increase the job satisfication and decrease number of people who leave the industry. It is a good sign from company side. It directly affect on their fame and sales. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The candidate addresses all parts of the prompt by taking a clear and consistent position in agreement with the statement. The response explores relevant ideas such as productivity, stress reduction, and family time, meeting the basic task requirements adequately. However, the development of ideas remains somewhat superficial. For instance, the link between a shorter work week and company fame or increased product quality is asserted rather than fully extended with robust reasoning or concrete examples. The progression of thought is generally transparent, but a deeper exploration of economic or social arguments would be necessary to push into higher bands. Overall, the performance aligns well with Band 6.0 descriptors, as it addresses the prompt effectively while showing some under-development in supporting arguments.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with a clear introduction and conclusion, along with distinct body paragraphs. Transitional markers such as 'Firstly,' and 'Secondly,' are employed to structure the response, though some cohesive devices feel slightly mechanical or repetitive, such as the frequent reliance on 'When considering about'. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate distinct points regarding employee well-being and company benefits. Referencing is generally clear, though occasional awkward phrasing creates slight bumps in the reading flow. Progression is maintained throughout the text, warranting a solid Band 6.0 for coherence and cohesion.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The candidate demonstrates an adequate vocabulary range suitable for the task, attempting less common terms such as 'productivity', 'exhaustion', and 'satisfication'. However, there are noticeable spelling and word choice inaccuracies throughout the text, including 'feild' instead of 'field', 'invisible competition' instead of 'fierce competition', 'shifs' instead of 'shifts', and 'exployers' instead of 'employers' or 'employees'. These lexical slips and collocation errors do not impede overall communication, but they restrict the score to a Band 6.0, as the writer lacks the precision and flexibility required for higher bands.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The response features a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating attempts at subordination and relative clauses. There are, however, frequent grammatical errors and awkward phrasing, such as 'To overcome this problem people have to focus on increasing productivity', 'affect to the quality', and 'When considering about increaseing the weekend is a good thing'. Punctuation is generally acceptable, and while errors are present, they rarely impede communication. The control of grammar is consistent enough to satisfy the Band 5.5 criteria in places, but the successful mix of structures edges the overall performance into the lower bounds of Band 6.0.
