IELTS Writing Task 2 question

The working week should be shorter and workers should have a longer weekend.

Do you agree or disagree?

Student answer (Band 4.5)

It is often that the working week should be less and also holidays should be extend.

It sometimes argued that working week should be shorter and workers should have extend

but i strongly disagree with that statement because of this the productivity should be goes down.

If longer weekend allow the lack of productivity is occur if productivity is less it mean profit could be less .

By my point of view the 5 days work is enough and 2 days off this is the best technique thus the labour come regular and rest days and give attention to their work.Sometime non-stop work cannot give profit it should low the quality of product if the company could not give rest their labours this is confirm that the labour should not do their work with full attention

Moreover,many of the buisness got finished just because they want more benefits and they drop down the quality of product and dramatically their buisness got flop and their are still many buisness those were established for a long time their productivity increases and the reason behind it the only one they are following time management they give rest to their labour and then labour give full attention to their work.

By my knowledge "do good have good".

In conclusion,the decreases of working days effect the productivity and the standard working time is enough for do help the buisness growth dramatically increases so this is the only solution to grow up buisness to maintains quality of products and standard working days.
