Student answer (Band 5.0)

working with messive hours is the biggest disscission under the supervision of each institute. it is saying that duration of work should be reduced and employments should have lenghty leaves. I firmly agree with this phenomena because, it provide advantages to workers brain in form of refreshness and spent time to prepare the office work plans.

On one hand, I preffer works with less days because havey burden of offic dealings must be disable the brain skills of employments. so that short time work can increase the intrest of workers in their tasks. For instance, when employments in multinational compnies or docters in hospitals perform their duties for 12 hours, they lost their mental health, and when they do work only for four or five working days, they can easily deal their affairs in good manners.

On the other hand, spent to much time with their family memebers can enhance the intrest of workers to perform their duties. similarly ,when an employmet spent to much lenghty time at weekend, they can do all offic work by heart. For example whe we are on three moths summer hoildays, we passionate with thier work when we are on goings. In addition when school teachers go to school after a lenghty break, they deal childerns with their love to seek the learnings.

To sum up, each institute should give to spent lengthy weekend with their families, so hat they can refresh their minds with their family members. this oppertunity leads towards the humanity anf dignity in performing their work that links to other private or public sectors.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position that the working week should be shorter to benefit workers' mental health and productivity. The ideas are relevant and supported with examples, such as doctors, multinational company employees, and school teachers. However, the development remains somewhat limited and repetitive, with over-generalised assertions rather than deeply extended arguments. The conclusion briefly reiterates the stance, ensuring all parts of the task are addressed, which places this performance solidly at Band 5.5 to 6.0. Because the arguments are clearly stated and support the central position despite some lack of depth, a score of 6.0 is appropriate.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The essay is organised into four paragraphs with a clear introduction and conclusion, demonstrating an overall logical arrangement. Paragraphing is attempted, though the transitions and internal logical flow between sentences are frequently disjointed. Cohesive devices are used awkwardly or inaccurately, such as "On one hand" and "On the other hand" being mismatched with the underlying arguments, and mechanical linking phrases like "In addition" and "To sum up". Referencing is occasionally unclear, particularly with pronoun usage like "whe we are" and "when we are on goings". These issues in referencing and mechanical cohesion typify a Band 5.0 performance.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, struggling to meet the demands of an academic task. There are numerous severe spelling and word-choice errors that create noticeable strain for the reader, such as "messive" for massive, "disscission" for decision, "phenomena" for phenomenon, "refreshness" for freshness, "preffer" for prefer, "intrest" for interest, "docters" for doctors, and "oppertunity" for opportunity. Although the writer attempts some less common vocabulary items, inaccurate collocations and persistent spelling mistakes mean that the lexical resource cannot exceed a Band 4.5 or 5.0 level.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The essay displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, with frequent and pervasive errors across simple and complex forms alike. Basic tense, agreement, and preposition errors are common throughout the text, as seen in "it is saying that duration", "works with less days", "havey burden of offic dealings must be disable", and "employmet spent to much lenghty time". Punctuation is also erratic, and multiple sentences contain grammatical fractures that cause significant difficulty for the reader to parse. These heavy, frequent grammatical inaccuracies limit the score to a Band 4.5.
