In the modern world, the structure of five days working was frequently in debate. Many people believe that reducing the working week and providing the employees long weekend many benefits. I agree with the statement because shortened the working days will beneficial for health of the workers and increases the productivity of employee.
On the one hand, reducing the working days is beneficial for the employees in many ways. It helps the employees in well beings. Under the current system many workers suffer severe stress and burnouts because they do not have time to relax. However, if the worker is provide three days weekends they can spend quality of time with family and feel relax. They can even pursue they hobbies they are interested. For example, the studies have shown that employee having longer weekends are much more happier and reduces the risk of stress. Moreover, they can work much active and fewer health issues. Which reduces the sick days they take.
On the other hand, in relation to health issues a shorter working days will increases the productivity of employee at workplace . When people work too many hours they become tired and less focus. Which leads to mistakes slow the progress. Furthermore, when employee is fully rested they are more motivated and creative. If the working days is reduce workers may able to manage the time on work.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0
Your position is clear from the introduction: you agree that a shorter working week would benefit workers’ health and productivity, and the conclusion returns to both reasons. The response addresses the question and gives relevant support, including stress and burnout, time with family, and the possibility of fewer workplace mistakes. The example about longer weekends and stress also helps illustrate your point. However, some claims are asserted rather than fully explained: for instance, the link between having more time and improved productivity could be developed with a specific example or clearer reasoning. The final reference to companies adopting a four-day week is also general and would be stronger if you explained what improved output means.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting related benefits, and a conclusion. The progression from workers’ wellbeing to workplace productivity is logical, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” make the organisation easy to follow. This gives the response a coherent overall arrangement. To make the links more natural and precise, avoid relying on formulaic transitions and connect each claim explicitly to the next. For example, “Which reduces the sick days they take” is an incomplete sentence and its relationship to the preceding point is abrupt. The conclusion’s “Whereas” also introduces a contrast that is not completed. Clearer referencing and smoother links would strengthen cohesion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “stress,” “burnouts,” “motivated,” “creative,” and “productivity,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “quality of time” and “overall output.” However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or repetitive, which limits precision: “well beings,” “feel relax,” “work much active,” and “less focus” do not sound natural in these contexts. Some phrases, such as “the structure of five days working,” are also awkward and make the opening less clear. Aim to learn vocabulary in common word partnerships and check word forms; this will help you express the same relevant ideas more naturally and flexibly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “if the worker is provide three days weekends” and clauses beginning with “because” and “when.” However, these attempts are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to affect clarity. Examples include “shortened the working days will beneficial,” “the working days is reduce,” and “employee having longer weekends are,” which show problems with verb forms and subject–verb agreement. Several fragments also interrupt the flow, including “Which reduces the sick days they take” and “Which leads to mistakes slow the progress.” Work on forming complete sentences, matching subjects and verbs, and using articles and plurals consistently. More accurate control of these basics will make your ideas easier to follow.
