It seems thorny issue as whether working week ought to be shorter and provide longer weekend to the employees or not. Although few people raise their eyebrows on above stated notion, yet i entirely agree with given statement. However, thesis in following paragraphs will help to support the approval of statement.

To begin with, it can be said that long weekend provide the opporunity to the employes to stay concentrated over their work in the working days as well as work with their full potential in order to achieve set targets. This also help the organisation to work in efficient way as lessen employees over the leaves. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0

Your position is clear from the introduction: “I entirely agree,” and the conclusion returns to the benefits of adequate rest and employee satisfaction. You address the question with relevant reasons, including improved concentration and productivity, time for family, and a better work–life balance. Examples such as workers not needing leave for family occasions help illustrate your points. This is a developed response overall, though some claims are broad or not fully explained. For instance, the link between longer weekends and fewer divorces is asserted rather than demonstrated, and the productivity point about most employees being present is not clearly connected to a shorter working week. Explain these links more carefully and develop the strongest examples to make the support more convincing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting different benefits, and a conclusion. Ideas generally progress from workplace advantages to family and personal benefits, and signposts such as “To begin with,” “Moreover,” and “Finally” help readers follow the argument. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. “This also help the organisation” does not make the relationship between rest and organisational efficiency explicit, while “Despite of this” introduces an idea that appears to support, rather than contrast with, the previous point. The conclusion also introduces “some cons” without explaining them. To strengthen cohesion, use transitions that accurately express the relationship between ideas and make each paragraph’s central point and supporting explanation more clearly connected.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “full potential,” “adequate rest,” “hectic schedule,” “work–life balance,” and “stability.” These choices show an effort to discuss both workplace and family effects. However, inaccurate word choice, spelling, and collocation are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less clear. Examples include “thorny issue” in this context, “lessen employees over the leaves,” “working capcity,” and “satisfication.” Some expressions are also imprecise, such as “Both gender contribute equally towards their children.” Build accuracy by learning common word partnerships and checking spelling and word forms; choose straightforward, precise phrasing when an ambitious expression does not fit naturally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including “Although few people raise their eyebrows … yet I entirely agree” and “They can organise their parties … and there is no need to take leave.” However, complex constructions are often faulty, and errors in agreement, articles, verb forms, and sentence boundaries occur frequently enough to affect clarity. For example, “long weekend provide” needs a plural subject or a singular article, “This also help” has incorrect subject–verb agreement, and “this can be only achieve” has an incorrect verb form. The sentence beginning “For example, divorce cases are rise” also contains errors that obscure the intended point. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then build longer sentences with controlled clauses and consistent punctuation.
