Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is widely belevied that organisation and company should provided shorter working week and also facilitate longer weekened for the employee. I strongly agree with this statements and share a relevant reasons from my experience.
On the one hand, shorter working week paly a significants role in an individuals life by providing them enough time for their family, relatives and also their get rest after a working week. If an employee get shorter week for working than they easily can visit their relatives and collegue home where they can share happiness and problems with each other. Not only that they have full time to recover or healing their body fron tideness. For instance, if an individuals get enough time for the refresing and family than they are more consantrate for the work and give their full effort to the work. Thus, shorter working week helps to the employee to get happy and also beneficials for the organisation and company.
On the other hand, organisation/company should provide longer weekend to the employee which is an important parts of a company reputation and duties. Have a longer weekend is beneficials for both company and employee. For example, long holidays bring happiness in an individuals life and gave them healthy time for them and their family. It's simple if an employee was happy from company work than they also do same things for the company by their full effort which make company to get more benefits from their effort. Thus, longer weekend is beneficial for employee and company where they both gets time for refresment.
In conclusion, company/organisation should focus on short working week and long weekend which create healthy environment in company and an individuals give their quality time and effort for the company improvements and developments.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction (“I strongly agree”) and remains consistent in the conclusion. You address both shorter working weeks and longer weekends, giving relevant reasons such as time with family, rest, and improved effort at work. The examples about visiting relatives and feeling happier at work help connect the ideas to the question. However, some points are asserted rather than fully explained: for instance, the link between a longer weekend and a company’s reputation is not made clear, and the benefits to organisations are repeated without a specific example or explanation of how productivity improves. Develop these points with a concrete scenario or clearer cause-and-effect reasoning to make the response more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting related benefits, and a conclusion that restates your position. The progression from personal wellbeing to benefits for employers is understandable, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the argument. This organisation is effective, though some linking is mechanical and ideas within paragraphs occasionally repeat, particularly the claims that longer weekends bring happiness and benefit both sides. Some references are also unclear, such as “they also do same things,” where the reader must infer what “same things” means. Use more precise links between claims and examples, and vary transitions while avoiding repeated conclusions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “working week,” “recover,” “full effort,” and “healthy environment,” and your meaning is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, word-form, and spelling errors make the writing less natural. Examples include “share a relevant reasons,” “get rest,” “beneficials,” and “refresment”; these choices sometimes slow the reader or obscure the intended meaning. Repeated use of “company,” “employee,” “happy,” and “beneficial” also limits precision. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases such as “employee wellbeing,” “work-life balance,” and “workplace productivity,” and check spelling and word forms before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mixture of simple and more complex structures, including the conditional idea “if an employee was happy … than they also do same things” and the emphatic construction “Not only that.” These attempts show an effort to vary sentence patterns, but control is inconsistent, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction sometimes make the reader work to understand the point. For example, “organisation and company should provided” has an incorrect verb form, while “an employee get” and “they both gets” show agreement problems. The conditional sentence also needs a clearer, grammatically controlled structure. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and verb forms first, then build longer sentences around one clear main clause.
