Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many people keen to have a long weekend and shorter working days for maintaining their work life balance. I partially agree with this notion and will discuss my views in upcoming paragraphs along with a suitable conclusion.
Supporting my agreement to given points, i firmly believe that everyone do jobs and field works to enhance their life in the terms of happy family, satisfaction, less burderns, stable income etc. To achieve these, organisations should reduce working days and tend to provide sufficient time to their employees for enjoying with their familes and friends. Additionaly, it can lessens work load and give life satisfaction. Apart from that, their satisfaction level regarding job leads to productive performance in offices which become a point of success in every business. Consequently, employees become financial stable and experience a quality of life with their families. For instance, workers can go for holiday in their long weekends and enjoy a plenty of time with their love ones.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You state a position—“I partially agree”—and give relevant reasons for shorter working weeks, including family time, job satisfaction and potentially better performance. The example of taking holidays on long weekends also supports your view. However, the response develops only the agreement side: “Towards shifting to disagreement,” is left unfinished, so the promised balanced discussion and the extent of your partial agreement are not explained. Several points, such as how reduced hours improve productivity, are asserted rather than supported with a clear explanation or example. The response is also 85 words below the required minimum, leaving the task substantially incomplete. To improve, address both sides explicitly, explain your position consistently, and develop each main reason with specific support.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is an identifiable opening, a paragraph presenting reasons in favour, and an attempt to signal a shift to the opposing view. Connectors such as “Apart from that” and “Consequently” show an effort to link ideas. However, the progression is incomplete because the final transition, “Towards shifting to disagreement,” is not followed by any discussion or conclusion. Within the supporting paragraph, several benefits are listed in quick succession, so the relationship between family time, satisfaction, productivity and financial stability is not always clear. The opening also promises a conclusion that never appears. Organise the response into complete paragraphs for each side, use linking phrases to show cause and contrast precisely, and finish with a clear summary of your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a reasonably varied set of topic-related expressions, including “work life balance,” “productive performance,” “financial stable,” and “quality of life.” These choices show an attempt to discuss workplace effects rather than relying only on basic vocabulary. However, several phrases are inaccurate or unnatural, which limits clarity and control: “less burderns,” “enjoying with their familes,” and “a plenty of time” do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “Additionaly,” “burderns,” and “familes” are also noticeable. Aim for accurate collocations and check spelling carefully; for example, use “reduce employees’ workload” and “spend time with their families.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer sentence structures, including the sentence beginning “To achieve these,” and use a range of clauses to explain consequences. Meaning is generally recoverable, but errors occur frequently in basic sentence construction and agreement. The opening, “Many people keen to have,” is missing a finite verb, while “everyone do jobs” should use a singular verb. In “it can lessens,” the modal should be followed by the base form, and “employees become financial stable” has an incorrect grammatical form. Capitalisation is also inconsistent, as in “i.” Practise building complete sentences and checking subject–verb agreement, verb forms after modals, and adjective forms before submitting.
