Nowadays, workers prefer longer weekends and shorter working days. They believe that this type of working environment boot their efficiency and productivity. I also agree with them, the rest after the hard work increase motivation of workers. I belive that it also play importent role in human mental state.
The people feelt that they achive rewards after working continuously for 5 to 6 days. Even today many corporate provide benifits of 5 days working and 2 days of weekends to their employes. Which help employes to feel fresh when they came back to work. Moreover, workers get enough time to spend with their families. Although, the government of many countires are created policies on top of this. One the other hand, some argue that it pussed people towareds laziness. So experts prefered to gothrow on this theory. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear in the opening and conclusion: you support shorter working weeks because rest can improve motivation and mental well-being. You also give relevant reasons, including time with family and a comparison between workers on different schedules. However, the response addresses the issue only partially: the comparison is vague, and the claim that experts found one group more efficient is not explained with a specific example or enough detail. The discussion of opposing views is also unclear and does not fully show how it affects your position. The conclusion ends abruptly with “It,” leaving the final idea incomplete. The response is six words below the required minimum; meet the minimum and use the extra space to develop and support your main reasons.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an identifiable introduction, body paragraphs and conclusion, and the main ideas are generally grouped by topic. Linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “Although” and “In conclusion” show an attempt to guide the reader. However, progression is difficult to follow in places: the paragraph beginning “Although” shifts from government policies to an opposing view, then to an unexplained study and regulations. “One the other hand” does not clearly connect to the preceding point, and “The first group” is not sufficiently defined. Some links are mechanical or inaccurate, while the final sentence is cut off. Organise each paragraph around one clear point, explain how each example supports it, and use references and transitions that make the relationships between ideas explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “efficiency,” “productivity,” “motivation,” “workforce” and “regulations.” These choices help communicate your general argument. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors make parts harder to understand, such as “boot their efficiency,” “pussed people towareds laziness” and “mental preasser.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, including “gothrow on this theory” and “attached … to company.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than trying to use complex expressions whose meaning is unclear. Proofread spelling carefully and choose precise terms for the groups, policies and outcomes you discuss.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a relative clause in “benefits … to their employees, which help…” and a contrast introduced by “Although.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “I also agree with them, the rest … increase motivation” joins two independent clauses with a comma and has subject–verb agreement problems. “The people feelt that they achive rewards” also has tense and verb-form errors, while “the government … are created policies” has an incorrect verb construction. Practise forming complete sentences, checking subject–verb agreement and verb tense, and using subordinate clauses accurately. A careful final edit for sentence boundaries would improve clarity.
