Nowdays many people believe that working week should be short time, others people think that employer should have long weekend. In my opinion, working time should be longer beacuse weekend is very important encourge the work and improve mentality.

On the one hand, working holiday is very crucial to worker, this facilites improve the employer mentailty. In addition, weekend change company worker mood and it really effect company sales and also help achieve the goal. Moreover, employer focus the facilitis, the weekend develop empoyer working process and long holiday reduce working pressure and also encourge people through the work. For example, weekend chang employer work speed such as long holiday get enough time to stay with family, visiting with family members, reduce work pressure, bring happiness. As a result, long holiday is very important for employer and achieve targeted sales.

On the other hand, short weekend is unnecessary impact the company and reduce sales, employer can not contribution with each other. Forthermore, every worker need enough space to stay at home and they want to stay with their family members and also it reduce stress, full concentration to work. For instance, short time holiday is reduce working concept, employer can long time work at office, facing many problems. Therefore, at office more time spent reduce work speed, and they are disappointed at work.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You give a position in the introduction and conclusion, and your response stays broadly focused on the effects of longer weekends on workers and companies. However, the position is difficult to follow: you say “working time should be longer,” although the task asks whether the working week should be shorter, and later you support a “long weekend.” This contradiction means your answer does not clearly address the agree-or-disagree question. Several points—such as improved mood, reduced pressure and better sales—are relevant, but they are repeated rather than explained with clear cause-and-effect reasoning. Develop one consistent position and support each main reason with a specific, clearly explained example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

Your response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” show an attempt to organise the discussion. However, the progression within paragraphs is often unclear: ideas about mood, sales, goals, family time and work speed are placed together without showing how they connect. Some linking phrases also introduce relationships that are hard to interpret, as in “Therefore, at office more time spent reduce work speed.” The contrast between the two body paragraphs is not clearly tied to a consistent position. Group related points, use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main claim, and make the links between examples and claims explicit.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “working pressure,” “concentration,” “sales” and “family members,” and you use some repetition of key terms to maintain the subject. However, the range is basic and many word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the meaning difficult to understand. Examples include “working holiday” for a weekend or time off, “facilites improve the employer mentailty,” and “reduce working concept.” Spelling errors such as “Nowdays,” “beacuse,” “Forthermore” and “encourge” also weaken clarity. Build a more accurate set of phrases for discussing working hours, rest and productivity, and check spelling and word forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You use both simple sentences and attempts at longer structures, including clauses introduced by “although,” “while” and “such as.” This shows some range, and the overall message can often be inferred. However, sentence structures are frequently faulty, particularly when several ideas are joined without a clear grammatical relationship. For example, “short time holiday is reduce working concept” and “at office more time spent reduce work speed” have problems with verb forms and sentence construction. Articles, agreement and prepositions are also inconsistent, as in “working week” and “contribution with each other.” Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time and check that every sentence has a clear main verb.
