Student answer (Band 5.5)
Thesedays, the jobs of market are vey beneficial for employers for easy work and help them to stay active with the passage of time. The workers enjoys longer holidays because of less working days.I strongly agree with these statement and shows some example of people who enjoys benefits of that.
At first, the today job are very convenient because the companies provide the basic facilities to their worker to stay relax and focus. For example, the workers has free time to thinks about their carrier. They spent most of the time with their families because of longer weekend and also they plans a trip of their favourite place. After getting the trip the workers does not have a stress working schedule in the weekdays.
Futhermore, the other benefits of shorts working weeks is that the person should focus on their hobbies such as,reading, watching documentaries and other. For example hobbies helps employers to enjoy their free time with those things that helps them to stay active and become intelligent. Also, some people wants longer weekends because they wants to spent sometimes with their families their parents and friend.
On the other hand, the longer weekend have certains drawbacks such as it slow the ability of person thinking and also the employer should focus of different activities and the workers are not longer interested in their works. But this type of cases are very less to shown and majority of people are feels better with longer weekend.
In my conclusion, the short working week and longer weekend plays a termendous role in the daily routine of employers. But we can't ignore the drawbacks of this activities,in my opinion i strongly agreed with small working week.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear in the opening and conclusion: you support shorter working weeks, and you include relevant points about family time, hobbies and possible drawbacks. This gives the response a consistent focus on the question. However, the reasons are often asserted rather than explained. For example, the claim that longer weekends help workers “stay active and become intelligent” is not developed, and the drawback about reduced thinking ability is unclear and not supported with an example. The discussion also shifts between “employers” and workers, which makes some points less precise. To strengthen the response, explain how a shorter week benefits workers or workplaces and develop one or two examples in more detail, while making your position on the drawbacks explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two supporting paragraphs, a paragraph acknowledging drawbacks, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “At first,” “Furthermore,” and “On the other hand” help signal the direction of the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because several ideas are joined without clear explanation. The first body paragraph moves from facilities to career time, family time and trips, while the relationship between these points is not always made explicit. Some linking is also repetitive or awkward, and references such as “this type of cases” are unclear. Organise each paragraph around one main reason, then explain and illustrate it before moving to the next point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “working schedule,” “longer weekends,” “drawbacks,” and “daily routine,” so the main subject is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning unclear. For instance, “the jobs of market,” “stay relax,” and “slow the ability of person thinking” do not express the intended ideas naturally. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “Thesedays,” “Futhermore,” “carrier,” and “termendous.” Aim to learn common topic phrases such as “work-life balance,” “reduced working hours,” and “employee productivity,” and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise vocabulary would help you explain your reasons clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, and the response includes some subordination, for example, “because of longer weekend” and “because they wants to spent sometimes with their families.” However, complex attempts are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make parts of the argument difficult to read. Subject–verb agreement is inconsistent (“The workers enjoys,” “the workers has,” and “the longer weekend have”), while verb forms are also problematic (“to thinks,” “does not have a stress working schedule”). Articles, plurals and sentence boundaries need attention as well. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clear supporting clause, then check agreement and verb forms. For example, write “Workers enjoy longer weekends” and “They have time to think about their careers.”
