Student answer (Band 5.5)
Workers are consider to be one of the most important individuals. There ie a continouse debate whether working week must be minimum while other believed that longer weekend must be required for workers.I completely agree that workers should get long weekends because they have to get some other crucial activities.
First of all, employees worked hard througout the year without break, they must be suffer from sleepless and lack of focus. For instance, my collegue has been working since the last few years and he negleted his health as a result he had headache and he cannot fully concentrate on working. Moreover, workers especially labourers or office staff should get maximum weekend to get some other activities such as spending quality time with family. In addition, salary deduction is one of the main issue therefore company should provide financial insentives to harworking employees so they can get some rest from work.
Secondly, employees with long weekend should work from home beacuse the work cannot be negleted.
Individuals should know how to manage work while being on vacation. For example, huda beauty is considered to be one of the best makeup brand company but they do not particularly spend time in companies instead they worked from home without any salary deduction.
From my perspective, long weekends are importand but companies should provide weekends after complete their task or give task to complete at home to avoid loss in company.
In conclusion, people who demand long weekend are must be suffering from long hours shifts, therefore this issue must be considered to the owner of company so he can provide long weekends.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You state a clear overall position in favour of longer weekends, especially in the opening and conclusion, and the example of your colleague’s health gives one relevant reason. However, the response only partially develops the argument. The claim that workers need time for “some other crucial activities” is not explained in enough detail, and the point about salary deductions and financial incentives is difficult to connect to the question. The second body paragraph shifts towards working from home, without clearly showing how this supports a shorter working week or longer weekend; the Huda Beauty example is also not sufficiently explained. Develop two directly relevant reasons and show how each supports your position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “First of all,” “Secondly” and “In conclusion” help identify its sections. However, progression between ideas is not consistently clear. In the first body paragraph, health, family time and salary incentives are introduced without a clear sequence linking them. The second paragraph’s move from longer weekends to working from home is abrupt, and the example does not clearly support the preceding point. Some connections, such as “therefore” in the final paragraph, do not make the relationship between the ideas clear. Organise each paragraph around one main reason, then use explanation and an example to develop it before moving to the next point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “employees,” “sleepless,” “concentrate” and “financial incentives,” and you attempt to express ideas about health, family and work arrangements. However, the range is limited and several word choices, collocations and spellings are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning less clear. Examples include “minimum” for a shorter working week, “maximum weekend,” “salary deduction” where the intended meaning is uncertain, and “long hours shifts.” Spelling errors such as “continouse,” “negleted” and “importand” also reduce accuracy. Aim for precise, natural phrases and check spelling; for example, explain whether you mean reduced working hours, longer weekends or working remotely, rather than using broad or unclear expressions.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a reason clause with “because” and examples introduced by “For instance” and “For example.” However, the range is limited, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “employees worked hard … they must be suffer” combines incompatible verb forms, while “one of the main issue” has incorrect number agreement. The opening sentence, “Workers are consider to be,” also has an incorrect passive form. Practise building accurate sentences with one clear main clause, then add subordinate clauses only when you can control their verb forms and punctuation.
