Student answer (Band 5.0)
The business hours should be less and the give the longer weekend to workers. I strongly agree with this statement. The government should make policy on this certain thing. That it will lead the positive effects on the workers life and also push the workers to do thier work more efficiently.
To begin, In some scandavian countries like finland, norway. There is goverment policy to only do 6 hours of work per day to maintain the work life balance with the personal life. This particular approachs is benificial for companies and also for employees. The employed can do work with more efficiently and with more focus to complete the work in 6 hours. And after completion, of work the worker can maintain there personal life betterly. for instance, a research said that the happiness of employee lead to be a successfull business.
Furthermore, The governments of countries like pakistan, india and bangladesh should make the policies for the betterment of labours and workers. Moreover, In these coutries there is no work life balance as it cause major health effects for instance, depression, anxiety, and other physological issues. if the stakeholder's look into this matter it will help for worker's to maintain there balance work and perosnal life. The lead to be a happy society that the employee can also give more time to there family. In addition,

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is clear from the opening: “I strongly agree,” and you give relevant reasons, including improved work efficiency, work–life balance, and workers’ mental health. The examples of Scandinavian countries and South Asian countries help connect the argument to real contexts. However, the ideas remain limited and are not developed with enough explanation or specific evidence; for example, the claim that employee happiness leads to business success is mentioned but not explained. The response also ends abruptly at “In addition,” without completing the final point or providing a conclusion. It contains 227 words, so it does not meet the 250-word minimum. Develop each reason with a clear explanation or example, and finish with a concise conclusion that restates your position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic paragraph structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs, and an attempted further point. Linking expressions such as “To begin,” “Furthermore,” and “Moreover” show an effort to guide the reader through the argument. However, progression is not consistently clear. The second body paragraph combines policy, health effects, stakeholder action, and family time without showing how each point connects, while the final “In addition,” is left unfinished. Some connections are also awkward or unclear, such as “The lead to be a happy society.” Organise each paragraph around one main reason, explain it in a logical sequence, and use referencing and linking phrases accurately rather than relying mainly on formulaic transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “work life balance,” “employees,” “depression,” and “anxiety,” which helps communicate the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “business hours should be less” is not a natural way to describe reducing working hours, and “maintain there personal life betterly” is unclear. Spelling errors such as “scandavian,” “benificial,” and “perosnal” also occur repeatedly. Build a more precise set of phrases for working hours, productivity, and wellbeing, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More accurate collocations would make your ideas easier to understand.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a reason clause in “as it cause major health effects” and a sentence beginning “if the stakeholder’s look into this matter.” However, the range is limited, and errors are frequent enough to make some sentences difficult to interpret. Examples include the incomplete opening construction “The business hours should be less and the give the longer weekend,” the fragment “That it will lead the positive effects,” and agreement errors such as “it cause” and “The employed can do work.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent, including the comma after “completion” and the unfinished final phrase. Practise forming complete sentences with clear subjects and verbs, and check agreement, articles, and punctuation when editing.
