Student answer (Band 6.0)
Money is an important factor because it has the powers to fulfill the basic needs of us human beings. It is crucial for everyone, including young people, to save money for their future. I strongly agree with this statement because in future if they don't have supports from others they can rely on those saved money. Further explanation to my support towards the statement is mentioned in the ensuing paragraphs.
Firstly, the savings of people might help them to get better health and education facilities because in future those facilities may require lots of money. For example, in Nepal due to this Gen-Z strike the inflation has sky rocketed. Before those strikes the prices of facilities such as education and health services were affordable. To make secure future in such situation savings will help lots off peoples during diffcult days.
Secondly, saving is really important for people who are in their elderly age. In such age people would not be able to much work and earn for their living, so at such critical time saavings can be useful. For example, old people would not be able to do basic stuffs like cook food, clean house and many more in those situation using those saved money to hire a caretaker might really be helpful. Furthermore, to be a self-dependent person in future saving money from an early age might really be benificial.
In conclusion, money plays a vital role everyone's life like for tackling inflation, to be self-dependent and to use it for different facilities. Therefore, everyone should be concern about their future and start saving money from now to live happy and relaxed life in future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the introduction: “I strongly agree,” and the conclusion consistently recommends saving from an early age. You address the topic with relevant reasons, including meeting future health and education costs, coping with inflation, and supporting oneself in old age. The examples about rising prices in Nepal and hiring a caretaker help illustrate these points. However, the development is uneven: the inflation example is asserted rather than explained in detail, and the health and education point could show more clearly how savings would meet those costs. The response therefore covers the task well, but some ideas need fuller explanation and more precise support to make the argument more convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting separate reasons, and a conclusion that restates your position. Sequencing phrases such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “In conclusion” make the progression easy to follow. Some links, however, feel mechanical, particularly “Further explanation to my support…” and the repeated use of “For example” and “Furthermore.” There are also places where the relationship between ideas is not fully clear, such as moving from inflation to “facilities” and then to making a secure future. Use more natural transitions and make each paragraph’s central point explicit before adding its example; this would create smoother progression and clearer connections between claims and support.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “inflation,” “self-dependent,” “elderly age,” and “caretaker,” and your meaning is generally understandable. There is some attempt to use less common or topic-specific language, but inaccurate word choice, collocation, word forms, and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause. Examples include “the powers to fulfill,” “lots off peoples,” “diffcult days,” “saavings,” and “benificial.” Phrases such as “basic stuffs” and “happy and relaxed life” are also imprecise or informal for this essay. Aim for accurate, natural combinations such as “meet basic needs,” “rising costs,” and “financially independent,” and proofread spelling and plural forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional idea in “if they don't have supports from others they can rely on those saved money” and a reason clause beginning “because.” Most of the argument remains understandable, but some grammatical errors recur in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and verb patterns. For example, “people would not be able to much work and earn” needs a grammatical verb phrase, while “money plays a vital role everyone's life” is missing a preposition. The sentence beginning “For example, old people…” also has an unclear structure around “in those situation.” Practise building complex sentences accurately, and check articles, plural agreement, and prepositions; greater control would make your varied structures easier to read.
