Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

You have clearly addressed the prompt and maintained a consistent position throughout the essay. The introduction sets the stage well, and the body paragraphs provide relevant reasons for your agreement, such as financial security and skill development. However, the development of ideas could be more robust. For instance, the example regarding buying a 'dream car' is somewhat simplistic and does not fully illustrate the long-term benefits of saving. To reach a higher band, ensure that your supporting examples are more analytical and directly linked to the broader implications of financial literacy for young people.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0

The essay is logically organized with a clear introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. You use cohesive devices such as 'First and foremost', 'Moving further', and 'In conclusion' to guide the reader. However, some transitions are slightly mechanical, and there are minor issues with referencing and flow. For example, the sentence 'A person who started saving money at the early age, it is easier for him...' lacks grammatical cohesion. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that pronouns clearly refer back to their antecedents would enhance the overall flow of your arguments.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'financial stability', 'adverse circumstances', and 'economic growth' appropriately. There are some minor collocation errors, such as 'provides a peace of mind' (should be 'provides peace of mind') and 'at the early age' (should be 'at an early age'). While your vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning clearly, you should aim to incorporate more precise, less common lexical items to demonstrate a higher level of sophistication and stylistic awareness.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While your meaning is generally clear, there are several grammatical errors that occur throughout the text. Examples include 'everyone's live' (should be 'everyone's life'), 'People who having saved' (should be 'People who have saved'), and 'Savings helps' (should be 'Savings help'). Additionally, there are some issues with article usage and subject-verb agreement. To improve, focus on proofreading for these recurring minor errors and try to vary your sentence structures further to include more complex, error-free clauses.
