Student answer (Band 6.5)

Nowadays, it is crucial thing for everyone, including young people, to save their expenses for their future. I largely agree with this view point as well as this essay will discuss my perspectives with relavent examples.

To begin with, individuals can fulfill their dreams or goals by savings. To explain it, they should invest their money on different platforms rather than spend on unnecessary activities. For example, people are focus only on their cravings instead of investing their expenses on stock market to get higher returns in future which can aid in education as well as personal usage. Therefore, they never face problem like poverty.

Futhermore, scrimping by a students can help them for personal growth. To elaborate it, they can store their pocket money into a jar and break it when it needed. Also, it teches them more discipline and gain skill of money management. For instance, pupils use this savings in their cirriculum as well as something they wish for a long time. As a result, they can pursue in their dream courses.

However, some people think that it feels anxiety or stress for middle class families because they have not enough money for save. The reason behind it is daily grocery items and nedded things which is forced to spend money on it.

To conclude, i believe that save money is an important thing for people, especially youngers because they can use that kind of expenses in their education as well as fulfill their goals or dreams, while some individuals think that it create a burden on middle class person mind.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The essay addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. You have provided relevant arguments regarding financial security and personal growth, and you have acknowledged the counter-argument regarding financial hardship. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the point about 'investing in the stock market' is a bit simplistic for a general audience, and the explanation of how students save money could be more detailed. To reach a higher band, ensure that your supporting examples are more fully extended and that you provide a more nuanced analysis of the counter-argument rather than just stating it.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear central topic. You use some cohesive devices such as 'To begin with', 'Furthermore', and 'To conclude' to signal the progression of your argument. However, some transitions feel mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'they can store their pocket money into a jar and break it when it needed'. The flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that pronouns clearly refer back to their intended antecedents.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to express your ideas clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'financial security', 'investing', and 'money management'. However, there are several instances of awkward word choice and collocation errors, such as 'crucial thing' instead of 'crucial matter', 'scrimping by a students', and 'nedded things'. Additionally, there are minor spelling errors like 'relavent', 'teches', and 'cirriculum'. To improve, focus on learning collocations and ensuring that your word choices are precise and contextually appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. There are frequent errors in subject-verb agreement, such as 'people are focus' and 'save money is an important thing'. You also struggle with article usage and prepositional phrases, for example, 'on stock market' should be 'in the stock market'. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction and proofreading for common grammatical slips like pluralization and verb tense consistency.
