Student answer (Band 6.5)
Saving money for future is excellent for everyone. because money is basic need of life without money the life is impossible. so, I strongly agree with that saving money is beneficial for everyone.
Firstly, saving money for future is crucial for everyone even older or youngers. somehow if someone rescue money for their future and suddenly the emergency happens so it's easy for that to face the emergency. another example is that that from that money you build your future you start your business, buying home and provide excellent quality of education to your children in future.
Secondly, now a day the young youth spent lots of money on watching films and on food and on online shopping. they waste and destroy millions of rupees on online games it's the main point. and they don't think about their future. even their relatives show them straight way, but they didn't understand.
Thirdly, now a day everything is so expensive no one can rescue money for their future. because everyone wants to spend luxury life. and in that case, they spend all the money for luxury life and it's the basic need of everyone to spend better life. so, saving money for future is crucial but in present better life is also need of everyone. that's why I spend money on just that things which are need of life not on un useful activities.
In conclusion, saving of money for future is best option for everyone but spend money only on those activities which are beneficial for you in present and also in future.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you provide reasons for saving money, the explanation in the third paragraph is slightly contradictory, as it shifts focus to the difficulty of saving in a luxury-driven society rather than fully supporting the initial agreement. To improve, ensure that each paragraph directly reinforces your main argument with more detailed examples or logical extensions. The conclusion is present but could be more robust by summarizing the main points more effectively rather than introducing a slight shift in focus.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and repetitive (e.g., 'Firstly', 'Secondly', 'Thirdly'). Some transitions are missing or awkward, such as the start of the first paragraph where sentences are fragmented. The logical flow between sentences is occasionally interrupted by grammatical issues, making some parts feel disjointed. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that the relationship between ideas is clearly signaled through more sophisticated cohesive devices.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task but lacks variety and precision. You rely on basic terms like 'excellent', 'money', and 'future' repeatedly. There are also some instances of awkward phrasing or non-standard collocations, such as 'rescue money' instead of 'save money' or 'set aside funds'. While the meaning is generally clear, the range of vocabulary is limited, and there is little evidence of less common or idiomatic language. To improve, try to incorporate more topic-specific vocabulary related to finance and personal management.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and some attempted complex sentences, but grammatical accuracy is inconsistent. There are frequent errors in punctuation, such as missing capital letters at the start of sentences and incorrect sentence boundaries (e.g., '...everyone. because money...'). Subject-verb agreement and article usage (e.g., 'the basic need of life') also need attention. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader. Focusing on basic sentence structure and proofreading for punctuation will significantly improve your score in this area.
