Student answer (Band 5.5)
Everybody saves money for future use it's the need of today's life ,everyone depends on money for buying any type of product from smaller to larger. I agree with this point of view even young people saves money for luxury life for themselves as well as for their next generation.
As money is the basic need of life for everyone. Without this, life become more difficult. In today's fast paced life everyone earn for themselves for their luxury life. Some members of the family moved to foreign countries to provide wealthy life to their families. The families have responsibility to utilize the amount in well mannered way. Sometimes, a situation happened in these families that the caretakers stuck in such a worst conditions and they are not able to earn for sometime. Recently the war between different countries stopped the working process in Kuwait , Dubai and also in Saudi Arabia. One of the family stuck in such situation then they sell the furniture that they made for their daughter marriage almost two years ago, but still she is not married they had time so they sell and used the amount for their daily life. So if they saves the money for future use then they can used them in these conditions otherwise they stare to each other.
Secondly, if ancestors left some money behind they can be helpful for their future generations, they utilize these amount to start their own businesses. It can also be used for different events, utilize them for education purposes and if someone persuaded abroad for higher education.
In conclusion, it's good practice to save money for future use. As no one knows what happened to next in their life, Ups and downs are the part of life. We need to tackle with worst condition by patience.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by agreeing with the importance of saving money. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you provide a personal example regarding a family in Kuwait, the connection to 'young people' specifically—as mentioned in the prompt—is weak. The argument remains somewhat general and repetitive. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph focuses on a distinct, well-supported point that directly relates to the prompt's specific focus on young people and their future needs, rather than just general financial survival.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or repetitive (e.g., 'In conclusion', 'Secondly', 'So'). There are instances where the logical flow between sentences is strained, particularly in the second paragraph where the transition from general financial needs to the specific anecdote about the furniture is abrupt. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence flows naturally into the next would significantly improve the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on basic terms like 'money', 'life', and 'good'. There are also some awkward collocations and word choices, such as 'well mannered way' (should be 'well-managed manner') and 'stare to each other' (which is not a standard idiom). To improve, try to incorporate more topic-specific vocabulary related to finance, such as 'financial security', 'emergency fund', 'long-term investment', or 'fiscal responsibility'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ('everyone earn', 'everyone saves'), tense inconsistencies ('if they saves', 'they can used'), and punctuation errors. While the meaning is generally clear, these errors are persistent and distract the reader. You rely mostly on simple sentence structures. To improve, focus on mastering basic subject-verb agreement and try to incorporate a wider variety of complex sentence structures, such as using relative clauses or conditional sentences, while ensuring they are punctuated correctly.
