Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this period of globalization, many people are believe that everyone including young people should save money for their future. Because they can use this savings for making better career ahead. In my opinion, I strongly agree with this notion and suggest everyone to save money.
Supporting my agreement to the given statement, I firmly believe that all the people who are capable to earn money ,should save some for use later. To cite an example, in case of sudden medical emergency like one of the member from their family surprisingly got sick and need urgent operation. In that case, can use their savings.Otherwise they should ask other people by borrowing money which is very frustrating Furthermore young people also save their money to build better skill. For instance, a student can use their money to buy any course which is helpfull for them to learn new skill that they utilize later in their corporate life.
Explaining some of the another supporting points in favour this statement, it is true that saving money is little tough for people who has no idea about money management specially youth member. But they still learn this important life skill for making a brighter career. They can use this money for learning new things for travelling and many other.
In conclusion, saving money is one of the essential skill of human being. I believe that poeple who are able to save money regularly can never fall any trouble by any chance is they fall in any trouble they can easily recover from that as compare with the people who has never saved money.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by clearly stating an agreement with the necessity of saving money. The main ideas—financial security during emergencies and personal development through skill acquisition—are relevant. However, the development of these points is somewhat superficial. For instance, the example regarding medical emergencies is a good start but lacks depth, and the discussion on youth money management is repetitive. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your arguments with more specific, nuanced examples or logical consequences. The position is clear throughout, but the overall development remains somewhat basic and lacks the complexity required for a higher score.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a central focus. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'To cite an example,' 'Furthermore,' and 'In conclusion.' However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'Explaining some of the another supporting points in favour this statement.' Additionally, referencing is occasionally unclear, and the flow between sentences can be choppy. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that the transition between ideas is smoother and more natural, rather than relying on formulaic transitions.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. You rely on simple, repetitive phrasing such as 'save money,' 'better career,' and 'important life skill.' There are also some errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'young people also save their money to build better skill' (should be 'skills') and 'fall any trouble' (should be 'fall into any trouble'). To improve, try to incorporate more sophisticated vocabulary related to finance and personal development, and pay closer attention to collocations and word forms to ensure your writing sounds more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('many people are believe'), missing articles, and incorrect preposition usage ('in favour this statement'). While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors prevent the writing from reaching a higher band. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy, particularly with verb tenses and pluralization. Increasing the variety of complex sentence structures while ensuring they are error-free will also help boost your score.
