Student answer (Band 5.5)
In recent years, it is significant for everybody to save the financial for future life including the adults. I partially agree with the statement and explain in further paragraphs.
On the one hand, it is importance to start saving money for future because it helps in hard time to run the house without any jobs. For instance, last few years back the pandemic was happened so those time many people had lost their jobs due to lack of crisis. In that case if they have some kind of amount in stock so they can use. In addition, in the case of emergency such as hospital bills and so on. Whereas, they can use that money which would not make any burden on them. Furthermore, many individuals are involved in government schemes like provident funds in that money get double of their net amount.
On the other hand, it critics from saving funds which is fine for teenagers because they are not good enough matured about savings. They have sometimes to learn about the things and they are at age where they devote more money on occasions. For example, they spending more in gifts, books, and such reliable sources which is good for them. Secondly, if difficult for youngsters to save money because they are growing and achieving their goals so it’s hard for them.
In conclusion, it is recommended to keep some amounts of fund in safe for crucial time. However, I believe that it helps in emergency situations such as hospitals and so on. Whereas, young people are not able to save money due to they have many occasions to spend money.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt, but the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you provide reasons for saving money, the arguments regarding young people are somewhat contradictory and lack clarity. For instance, you state that teenagers are not 'matured' enough to save, but then suggest they spend money on 'reliable sources' like books, which is a positive habit rather than a reason against saving. The position is clear, but the supporting points need more logical depth and specific examples to fully satisfy the requirements of the task. The conclusion repeats the main points but does not add a final synthesis of your position.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. Phrases like 'Whereas' are used incorrectly at the beginning of sentences to contrast ideas, and 'In that case' is used awkwardly. The progression of ideas within paragraphs is sometimes disjointed, particularly in the second body paragraph where the transition between the idea of teenagers not being mature and their spending habits is unclear. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words would significantly enhance the flow of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. You rely on basic phrasing such as 'save the financial' (which is grammatically incorrect) and 'amount in stock'. There are several instances of awkward word choices, such as 'lack of crisis' instead of 'economic crisis' and 'matured' used as an adjective. To reach a higher band, you should focus on using more precise collocations and academic vocabulary. While the meaning is generally conveyed, the limited range and occasional errors in word formation prevent a higher score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Examples include 'it is importance to start' (should be 'important'), 'the pandemic was happened' (passive voice error), and 'due to they have' (should be 'due to the fact that they have'). Subject-verb agreement and preposition usage are inconsistent throughout the text. While the errors do not completely obscure the meaning, they are frequent enough to suggest a lack of control over complex structures, keeping the score in the 5.5 range.
