Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is essential for everyone, including young people to save money for thier future. As money is the most basic requirement, I completely agree with this notion. The reasons for my stance along with relevant examples are discussed in the following paragraphs.
The primary reason to save money for their future is that, individuals are not aware of the cicumstances which may arise in the future. The circumstances can be of any health related issues, uncertainty of jobs and some monetary problems due to the inflation in some products. For example, nowadays treatment of many disorder requires huge amount of money and which will be increasing in the future. So, for maintaing good life and to cure diseases, people need to save their money including young people. Additionally, saving money helps us to buy good nutritional products which are highly efficient for our body.
Moreover, the education costs are also increasing day by day. Individuals who are interested in pursuing post graduates degree require hefty amount of money to pay for accomodation and fees. If a people have not save enough for future, they would have to choose another option rather than masters degree. For instance, person who wants to get admission in reputed universities have to bear up the necessary cost it required to pay to the institutions. If a person spend money without thinking about the fees, they may have to give up this dream. Apart from this, saving money is also one of the key skills which individuals have to learn in their life.
To conclude, it is important for everyone, including young people, to save money for their future because it can save us from the different problems and associates us to pursur our dreams of masters. Therefore, I completely agrees that saving money for future is important for every age group.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task and presents a clear position throughout, agreeing with the statement that everyone, including young people, should save money. The main ideas are supported with relevant examples, such as rising healthcare costs and the expenses associated with pursuing postgraduate education. However, some ideas tend to generalise or lack deeper extension; for instance, the point about buying nutritional products is slightly under-developed. Nevertheless, the position is well-maintained from the introduction to the conclusion, satisfying the main requirements of the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay displays a clear overall progression and logical organisation. Information is divided into distinct paragraphs with an introduction, body paragraphs focusing on separate arguments (health and education), and a conclusion. Cohesive devices such as 'primary reason', 'Additionally', 'Moreover', and 'To conclude' are used to connect ideas, although some transitions feel slightly mechanical or repetitive in structure. Referencing is generally clear, though occasional minor slip-ups occur. Overall, the structural flow is coherent and easy to follow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary suitable for the task, successfully incorporating less common lexical items such as 'postgraduate degree', 'reputation', 'uncertainty', and 'inflation'. However, there are some noticeable lexical and spelling inaccuracies, such as 'thier' instead of 'their', 'cicumstances' instead of 'circumstances', 'maintaing' instead of 'maintaining', and 'acommodation' instead of 'accommodation'. Word formation and collocation errors, such as 'if a people have not save', also appear, though they do not seriously impede communication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, incorporating conditional structures ('If a person spend money...') and relative clauses ('Individuals who are interested...'). However, there are frequent grammatical errors in subject-verb agreement and article usage, such as 'individuals are... is', 'treatment of many disorder', 'if a people have not save', and 'person who wants'. Punctuation is generally acceptable, but grammatical slips are common enough to prevent the essay from reaching a higher band score.
