Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is frequantly suggested that public should preserve money especially the youngsters to spend in future for the betterment of themselves. I firmly assent the statement and the reason is that putting a litle ammount of funds aside from the daily life expenses is actually a wise decision but ignore by the majority of the civilians.
Most of the peoples meaninglessly spent all the amount more importantly the young generation. In shoping malls and resturants it is often seen that individuals buy unnecessary things and ordering spare food items which then wasted. For exmaple, in generation-z, socities are victimized by an growing trend that left some amount of meal, drinking few sips of water leaiving rest just to look modern and educated. Although saving money is good but holding all the money back and not spent it on the necessities and for well being of themselves is also a bad practice.
However, not all peoples are equal and they use their money wisely. I believe, the action saving money comes up with a lot of benifits especially the young aged that are about to start or already in their professional development carier. For instance, school going childrens can reduce the burden on parents by using the savings for buying books and necessary equipments and professionals used the saved ammount to start new business opertunies. In my opinion whereas saving money have its potential benefits but the most important aspect is individuals can sharpen the skill of money management.
In conclusion, equilibrium is the key, neither we should spend all the funds nor we should hold all of the ammount. We must use the kind of amount necessary for improving standards of life and try to save some of it to handle ups and downs in future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The student addresses all parts of the task by taking a clear position on whether young people should save money for their future. The essay extends relevant ideas, such as reducing the financial burden on parents and learning money management skills. However, some arguments tend to overgeneralize and lack sufficient depth, particularly in the second paragraph where the example about generation-z is somewhat colloquial and under-developed. Nevertheless, a clear overall position is maintained throughout the essay. The response satisfies the requirements for Band 6.0.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay demonstrates a coherent overall arrangement with clear paragraphing, each addressing a distinct aspect of the prompt. Logical connectors and cohesive devices are employed, such as 'However', 'For instance', and 'In conclusion'. However, referencing and cohesion are sometimes faulty or mechanical, as seen in awkward transitions like 'I believe, the action saving money comes up with a lot of benifits'. Paragraphing is used sufficiently and appropriately, but the flow between sentences occasionally feels stilted due to lexical and structural slips. The response aligns well with a Band 6.0 descriptor.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The student displays an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common items such as 'equilibrium', 'betterment', and 'money management'. However, there are numerous noticeable spelling and word-choice errors throughout the text, including 'frequantly' (frequently), 'ammount' (amount), 'peoples' (people), 'shoping' (shopping), 'resturants' (restaurants), 'benifits' (benefits), and 'opertunies' (opportunities). These lexical errors and awkward collocations like 'holding all the money back' reflect a Band 5.0 level, although communication is rarely impeded completely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some variety in grammatical structures. However, frequent errors in grammar, punctuation, and word form persist. Examples include 'I firmly assent the statement' (agree with), 'is actually a wise decision but ignore by the majority' (ignored), and 'professionals used the saved ammount to start new business opertunies' (tense inconsistency and spelling). While complex structures are attempted, they are frequently flawed, causing some difficulty for the reader. These characteristics firmly place the response at a Band 5.0 level for grammar.
