Nowadays, the cost of living is getting high day by day because of which sometimes it becomes difficult to manage the finances. In personally believe that It is important for everyone, including young people, to save money for their future.

One of the main reason that younger generation should also start saving money is because they can become more financial independent. This would definetly help them further when they have to make certain decision in their life and want to get closer to their dreams and goals. For example, after completion of my graduation I started doing a job and tried to save my that income because my goal was to start a business.so this year I started my business of food truck with the help of money that I saved which in result gave me an opportunity to fulfill my dreams and getitng closer to my goals.

In conclusion, I believe that it is important for everyone, including young people, to save their money for future because it would definetly help them in future in form of investment, or to achive their goals or dreams, and would help them in difficult circumstances too.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

The response addresses all parts of the task by presenting a clear position agreeing that everyone, including young people, should save money for the future. The ideas are relevant and supported with personal examples, such as starting a food truck business and coping with a father's accident. However, some arguments lack broader societal extension, leaning towards a tendency to over-generalise from personal anecdotes. Despite this minor limitation, the position is well-maintained and clearly supported throughout, satisfying the criteria for Band 7.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The essay presents a clear logical organisation with an introduction, two distinct body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate different supporting points. Cohesive devices such as 'One of the main reason', 'Another important reason', and 'In conclusion' are employed to guide the reader through the text, although referencing and mechanical linking are occasionally faulty (e.g., missing conjunctions in 'getitng closer' and punctuation issues). Progression is generally clear throughout, placing this response securely at Band 6.5, rounded to 6.0 due to repetitive cohesive patterns.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common items such as 'financial independent', 'circumstances', and 'investment'. However, there are noticeable word choice and collocation inaccuracies, such as 'getting high day by day', 'financial independent' instead of 'financially independent', and spelling errors like 'definetly' and 'achive'. While these errors do not impede communication, they restrict the lexical score to Band 6.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some control over multi-clause sentences. However, there are frequent grammatical errors and punctuation lapses, such as missing spaces after periods (e.g., 'finances. In personally'), subject-verb agreement issues ('One of the main reason that younger generation should...'), and incorrect prepositional phrases ('before few years back'). These errors occasionally cause slight hesitation for the reader but communication is not impeded, aligning with Band 6 descriptors.
