Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is often argued that the young people save money for their future and difficul times i strongly agree with this because saving money provide professional stability and helps young people for their future.
first of all saving money can provide financial security. people may face any king of hospital emergencies, medical allowances, unemployement or uregently needs for family. have some money aside reduce the financial tension and reduce the depenfing on the people or borrowing money. For example young people save aside small amount of money face any kind of job loss. they can use their save amount.
secondly, developing the habit in young people to save small amount of money aside for their education because education has become so expensive , higher education from abroad, buying a house, a car, starting a business and getting married. if they can save in early they have more time to build their future. for instance spending all their monthly money into shoppings, food or spend o buying unuseful products.
However this does not young people save every penny they earn. they can build a habit from the small amount and then when they used to it they save more money but they do not neglect their basic needs, the entertainment in their life.
in my opinion saving money is more beneficial in the future stability and personal growth. also should balance on their present and future life expenses. They should wisely steps in their daily life and also for their future growth

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by presenting a clear position that agrees with the statement about saving money. Relevant ideas are introduced, such as financial security and preparing for major life events like education or marriage. However, some ideas remain under-developed or briefly stated rather than fully extended with specific explanations or convincing personal examples. For instance, the mention of hospital emergencies is introduced without clear elaboration. To move to a higher level, the writer needs to fully develop all main points with more depth and clarity throughout the essay.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a coherent overall arrangement with a visible attempt to structure ideas into paragraphs, beginning with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, cohesion is sometimes faulty or mechanical, and referencing is not always clear. For example, transition signals like 'first of all' and 'secondly' are used, but sentences within paragraphs sometimes lack smooth logical links, and punctuation or capitalization at the start of sentences is missing, which disrupts the flow. To improve, the writer should use a wider variety of cohesive devices more accurately and ensure logical progression between sentences.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The writer uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting some less common words and phrases such as 'financial security', 'professional stability', and 'emergency'. However, there are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling, such as 'difficul', 'king' instead of kind, 'unemployement', 'uregently', 'depenfing', and 'shoppings'. These lexical inaccuracies and spelling slips occur regularly, though they generally do not impede communication. To reach a higher band, the writer needs to expand their lexical range and improve accuracy in word formation and spelling.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting structures such as conditional and relative clauses. However, there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation, including missing capital letters at the beginning of sentences, run-on structures, and inaccurate verb forms such as 'the young people save money' instead of saving, or 'when they used to it'. While these errors do not completely obscure the meaning, they are frequent enough to cause some difficulty for the reader. To achieve a higher score, the writer must exercise better control over sentence structures, verb tenses, and punctuation.
