In today's world, financial management is really a contentious issue because it has become so pivotal for every individual even youngsters, they should learn how to manage their money. Some people believe that they should spend their money freely and enjoy every moment of their life. While I firmly believe that saving money is very crucial nowadays without it survival will be very arduous, and I will explain why below.
The primary reason to save money is there is no guarantee in majority corporate companies of secure jobs. Corporations can fire an employee whenever he is of no use or if he causes any minor rules violation. Similarly in business sector earning can be plummeted whenever there is no insurance of profit. In these hard times savings really play a crucial part in every individual survival. For instance, when AI revolutionized the world, it was integrated in every work field. Criteria of every work field was reduced to half and people got replaced by people who keeps it up with AI in that time saved money really helped those people who saved their money unlike the individuals who did not saved money faced really tough time,
Furthermore, In the pandemic era of Covid-19 there was economic collapse globally, individuals loses their jobs and businesses were demolished. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You successfully address all parts of the task by presenting a clear position that saving money is crucial for everyone, including young people. Your response includes relevant ideas and examples, such as job insecurity in corporate companies and the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, some ideas are more fully developed than others. For instance, your example about AI replacing workers is introduced well, but the explanation trails off slightly into repetition regarding saved money rather than fully exploring the broader economic consequences. To move to a higher level, you need to extend and support all your main ideas with more depth and clarity throughout the body paragraphs, ensuring every example directly reinforces your overall stance.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
Your essay has a coherent overall arrangement with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. You make use of basic cohesive devices such as 'Furthermore' and 'In conclusion' to signal the direction of your thoughts. However, the cohesion can sometimes feel a bit mechanical or faulty. For example, sentences in your second body paragraph run on slightly without adequate separation or smooth transitional phrasing, as seen in 'Criteria of every work field was reduced to half and people got replaced by people who keeps it up with AI in that time saved money really helped those people'. Referencing and logical progression between sentences need to be managed more skillfully to create a smoother, more natural flow throughout the text.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully attempting less common vocabulary items such as 'contentious issue', 'pivotal', and 'passive income'. However, there are noticeable errors in word choice, collocation, and word form that prevent you from reaching a higher band. For example, phrases like 'earning can be plummeted' contain incorrect verb forms, and you write 'individuals loses their jobs' instead of 'lost'. Additionally, repetition of phrases like 'saved money' and 'for their future' limits your lexical flexibility. These errors do not seriously impede communication, but they show that greater precision and a wider control of less common lexical items are needed.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, incorporating relative clauses and conditional structures. However, your control over grammatical accuracy is inconsistent. There are frequent errors in verb tense consistency, subject-verb agreement, and punctuation, such as comma splices and run-on sentences. For instance, you write 'youngsters, they should learn' and 'people who keeps it up'. Prepositions and article usage also show inaccuracies, such as 'in business sector' instead of 'in the business sector'. These errors require some effort from the reader to untangle, which places this response firmly in the current band. To improve, you should focus on increasing the proportion of error-free sentences and refining your control over complex sentence structures.
