Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is crucial for every individual, to save money for future, included adults and younger generation. I strongly believe that it is true statement because early saving habits builds a safety and long term finanacial freedpm.
To begin with, money is fundamental part of our life to survive in the world also, important for to fulfill all basic needs in daily life. If we are financial stable we can purchase everything which we need. For instance, If we go to resturant for eating food then we can order every favourite dish and could pay for every favourite. But if we use our credit card on which they are giving discount then we can save money for further things that we will do in future. We should save money for future emergencies, long term goals like buying house or retirements.
This practice is equally important, if not more, important for young people. When young adults learn to budget and save early, they develop habits to save money for long time. For example, a young man who develop habit to save money in childhood then it will be beneficial in young age because this habit make a man responsible in his life. Life is unpredictable we have no idea how our life treat us in future if we have enough money to spend then we can survive easily in difficult situation.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that saving money is an essential practice for young and all age people. It serves as safety for circumstances that suddenly happens in our lives.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction: you strongly agree that saving is important, and the conclusion restates this view. You address both adults and young people, with relevant points about emergencies, long-term goals, and the value of learning to save early. The example of a young person developing responsible habits supports the second main point. However, some ideas are less fully explained than others. The restaurant and credit-card example is difficult to connect to the argument, and it does not clearly show how saving supports future security. Develop each reason with a more direct explanation or a specific example, such as how savings help a young person pay for education or manage unexpected costs.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The progression from the general importance of money to the particular value of saving early is logical, and phrases such as “To begin with,” “For example,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument. However, some connections between ideas are unclear or mechanical. The restaurant and credit-card example shifts from spending to saving without explaining the link, while “This practice is equally important, if not more, important” is repetitive and interrupts the flow. Use clearer links between each claim and its example, and make references such as “this habit” or “this practice” point unmistakably to the idea being discussed.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “financial stable,” “budget,” “emergencies,” “long term goals,” and “unpredictable.” These choices show an attempt to discuss both practical saving and future security. However, the range is limited, and noticeable spelling, word-form and collocation errors sometimes make the message less clear. Examples include “finanacial freedpm,” “resturant,” “retirements,” and “safety for circumstances.” Some phrases, such as “purchase everything which we need,” are also imprecise or unnatural. Build a more accurate set of topic-specific expressions and check spelling and collocations carefully; this will help you express ideas about financial security and planning more precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional structure in “if we have enough money to spend then we can survive easily” and a time clause beginning “When young adults learn to budget and save early.” The main ideas are generally understandable, but some errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles and punctuation remain. For example, “early saving habits builds” has a subject–verb agreement problem, and “money is fundamental part” needs an article. The opening sentence also has an awkward construction, while several long sentences would be clearer with more controlled punctuation. Practise accurate article use and agreement, and revise complex sentences to ensure each clause is complete and clearly connected.
