Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You state a relevant position—“i am adree”—and give a few reasons connected to saving, such as using money to pursue dreams or start a business if a job is unavailable. These points show some understanding of the topic. However, the response addresses the question only minimally: it does not explain why saving is important for everyone, and the ideas about competition, success, and making society proud are unclear or not developed with examples. The response is also 121 words below the required minimum, leaving too little space to explain and support your position. Develop two clear reasons and add a relevant example for each.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5

There is a basic attempt to move from an opening to your opinion and supporting points, and the reader can identify that you agree. However, nearly the entire response is one long sentence, so the ideas are not separated into a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. Repeated links such as “because of that” and “and” create a chain rather than a logical progression, while the relationships between competition, saving, success, and business are difficult to follow. Use separate paragraphs and shorter sentences, with clear links such as “First,” “For example,” and “As a result.” This would make your reasoning easier to understand and give each point a clear place.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “save money,” “future,” “business,” and “dream,” so the main subject is recognisable. There is also an attempt to express ideas beyond basic saving, such as using money on different platforms. However, the vocabulary is very repetitive and several spelling errors make the message harder to read, including “monety,” “adree,” “succes,” and “prode.” Some phrases are also unclear or unnatural, such as “strong from an other” and “utilize them in verious platform.” Build a more accurate range of words for financial planning and explain ideas with familiar, precise expressions before attempting less common vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response attempts to connect several ideas using clauses, and the reader can identify a basic opinion and some supporting points. However, sentence structures are very limited in control: most of the response is joined into one run-on sentence, with little punctuation to show where one idea ends. There are also frequent problems with sentence formation and grammatical patterns, for example “thankyou for asking to me” and “if they can not take a job them they build their business.” These errors make parts of the meaning difficult to follow. Practise writing short, complete sentences first, then combine related ideas using accurate clauses and punctuation.
