Student answer (Band 5.5)
In nowadays, it is mandatory for everyone, including young people, to save money for their upcoming time. I strongly agree with this statement, specially it is essential for young people to save money, to handle future challa\nges.
Firstly, in recent years, it is tough for every age gap people to save money for future hurdles. Specially for upcoming young generation, because inflation is to high nowadays, which is difficult for lower and middle-class people to face. As we can see in past from 2017 everything was going smoothly, inflation was under control, and petrol prices were not to much high alongside other goods and services. onward from 2019 to 2022 end, when corona hit globally it affects financial markets worldwide. Everything was getting expensive, at that time those people who didn't save money for future difficulties. They face high level of inflation, Because upto 50 percent people face job crisis. In those days everything was getting shutdown people have to stay in their homes and those people who lost their jobs ended up feeling stressed alongside face other health issues. So we dont know when will we face problem in future. It is mandatory that regular savings is important for everyone.
Secondly, specially for young people they need to build habit of saving money for themselves, they need to be independent, because for parents it is difficult to pay their children tuition fees due to rise in inflation alongside job crisis. For example: As we can see in nowadays due to war between Iran and Us. It significally affect the petrol market globally. Due to uncertanity in global markets, young people should need to save money for upcoming challanges.
In conclusion, due to unpredictable global crisis and rise of inflation. It is vital for everyone, including young generation for focusing on early financial planning in order to tackle future challanges.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction (“I strongly agree”) and conclusion, and both body paragraphs give relevant reasons: financial uncertainty and young people’s need for independence and help with tuition costs. The examples about the pandemic, job losses and rising prices support the general argument. However, some points are asserted rather than fully explained. For instance, the discussion of the pandemic lists several consequences but does not clearly show how personal savings would have helped, while the Iran–US example is brief and its connection to young people’s savings could be developed. The response addresses the task, but the reasons are not equally developed. To strengthen it, explain the practical benefits of saving and add a specific, clearly linked example. The stated length requirement is met.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs organised with “Firstly” and “Secondly”, and a conclusion. This makes the main line of argument easy to identify. However, progression within the first body paragraph is uneven: it moves from inflation before 2017 to the pandemic, job losses and health issues without consistently linking each point back to saving. Several transitions, including repeated uses of “specially” and “alongside”, feel mechanical, and the reference to “those people” is not always precise. The second paragraph is more focused but ends with another broad claim rather than a developed consequence. Group related points and use clearer cause-and-effect links so the argument flows more naturally.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of topic vocabulary, including “inflation”, “financial markets”, “job crisis”, “tuition fees” and “financial planning”. These terms help communicate the subject and show attempts to use language beyond basic everyday words. However, inaccurate word choice, spelling and collocation are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less precise: “upcoming time”, “every age gap people”, “inflation is to high” and “face high level of inflation” are not natural expressions. There is also repetition of “future”, “young people” and “everything”. Aim for accurate, natural combinations and check spelling, such as “uncertainty” and “significantly”. More precise vocabulary would make your ideas clearer and more fluent.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because”, “when” and “who”, and the overall meaning is generally recoverable. However, control is inconsistent, especially in longer sentences. For example, “when corona hit globally it affects financial markets worldwide” shifts tense, while “those people who lost their jobs ended up feeling stressed alongside face other health issues” has faulty verb construction. Other issues include missing or incorrect articles and agreement, as in “inflation was to high” and “regular savings is important”. Sentence boundaries and punctuation also need attention; several ideas are joined into long, unclear sequences. Practise accurate past-tense narration and build complex sentences around one clear main clause.
