Student answer (Band 5.0)
Some think individulas icnluding younger generation is important to have a financial plan for future well-being so in future if there is an emergency the money would be very helpful.
So I strongly agree that having the finacial plan for future is important.
Firstly money is an important and essential part of living so saving money for future is an important habit that eveyone should accumulate including younger generation because, the habit of having finacial savings starts from the early age after marriage or before with lots of responsibilites. for example I have seen my father with good financial savings for good life and debetless lifestyle.
Another main reason is havin an habit of saving money from young age helps them to paln acording to their budget and it ceates a finacial discipline and responsibilty towards the family and society. for example my grandfather with good finanicial disciplne had a good life in his retirement life without depending on anyone.
In conlusion, Saving money for the future well-being is important for everyone, including young people.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is clear: you strongly agree that saving is important, and you give two relevant reasons—emergency preparedness and developing financial discipline. The examples about your father’s savings and your grandfather’s retirement also relate to the topic. However, the response addresses the task only partially because the reasons are briefly stated rather than explained, and the examples are not developed to show how saving benefits young people specifically. The discussion of when the habit begins is also unclear. The response is 175 words, below the required 250, so there is not enough space to develop your argument fully. Explain each reason with a clear cause-and-effect link and add a specific example or further detail.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “Firstly” and “Another main reason,” and a conclusion. This helps the reader identify your main points. However, progression within the paragraphs is limited, and the ideas sometimes run together. For instance, the sentence about saving habits beginning “from the early age after marriage or before” is difficult to connect to the point about young people. The examples are introduced, but their relevance is not fully explained. Use clearer topic sentences, separate supporting explanation from examples, and add linking phrases that show cause and result. This would make the organisation more coherent and reduce the mechanical feel of relying mainly on “Firstly” and “Another.”
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “financial plan,” “emergency,” “budget,” “discipline,” and “retirement,” so the reader can follow the general argument. However, the range is limited and several spelling errors make the writing less clear, such as “individulas,” “finacial,” “responsibilites,” and “debetless.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise: “accumulate the habit” would be better expressed as “develop the habit,” while “good life in his retirement life” is repetitive. Aim to use a wider range of accurate financial terms and check spelling carefully. More precise collocations will help you express your ideas clearly without relying on repeated forms of “good” and “important.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, and your main position is generally understandable. However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and longer sentences are often difficult to control. For example, “money is an important and essential part of living so saving money for future is an important habit that everyone should accumulate” joins several ideas without clear punctuation or structure. There are also recurring errors in articles, agreement, and sentence construction, as in “including younger generation is important” and “having an habit.” Use shorter, complete sentences when presenting complex points, and practise accurate article use and subject–verb agreement. Clearer punctuation between connected ideas would also improve readability.
