Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear in the opening and conclusion: you strongly agree that people should save for the future. You also give relevant reasons, including education costs, healthcare, insurance and financial security. However, the discussion only partly develops these points. For example, you mention investing in gold and property, but do not explain how these choices support your argument that everyone should save. The point about technology is also unclear, and the examples about taxes and college fees are not fully connected to the main claim. To strengthen the response, explain each reason with a clear cause-and-effect link and a specific example, while keeping the focus on why saving matters for young people as well as adults.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a conclusion. This gives the reader some guidance. However, the ideas do not progress consistently: the first body paragraph moves from money management to technology, health, investments and education without clear links, while the second shifts between fees, taxes, property and work. Connect each paragraph to one main point and arrange supporting details in a logical order. Some linking expressions, such as “Moreover,” “In addition” and “However,” are used mechanically or do not show the relationship between the ideas. Clearer referencing and fewer, more purposeful transitions would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “insurance,” “investment,” “property,” “college fees” and “well-being,” which helps communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to understand, such as “saving money upon SIP,” “leading things” and “youngesters.” Spelling errors such as “carear,” “goverment” and “neccesory” also reduce clarity. Aim to use familiar financial vocabulary accurately rather than adding terms whose meaning or connection is unclear. For example, you could explain regular savings, emergency funds or education expenses directly. Check spelling and word forms carefully, and choose phrases that express the intended relationship between saving and future security.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some simple sentences and attempt longer structures with connectors, but complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “I strongly agree this statement,” “a considerable individuals … should focus,” and “Money can plays significant role.” There are also problems with articles, agreement, verb forms and sentence boundaries, as in “Everyone who suffer and unaware of the health and carear.” Punctuation and spacing are inconsistent, particularly around commas and full stops. Practise building accurate sentences around one main clause, then add a subordinate clause only when you can control its grammar. Proofread for subject–verb agreement, articles and complete sentences.
